Centrally located and within a 15-minute walk to BTS, making it easy to explore the city. Guests consistently praise the excellent and friendly staff for their helpful service. The uniquely designed and comfortable rooms come with good amenities, providing guests with a memorable experience. Furthermore, the hotel provides good value for money at reasonable prices.
Location is a challenge for some guests with creepy surroundings. Limited soundproofing in rooms lead to some disturbances from outside noise according to several reviews.

The only area I feel could use some improvement is the parking space for guests. A more spacious or upgraded parking area would make things even more convenient, especially for those arriving by car. They're recently doing new rennovations and upgrades for the while building. From what I can see the AC unit's are fairly new. They're replacing the water heaters and also installing water dispensers on every floor. The staff is amazingly nice and extrmeley helpful. When I say clean enough, the floors are sweeped, bathroom's are cleaned. You're going to find some moldy grout and caulking but honesly at *** a night it's fine! Sheets are clean and the bed is firm, good for the back. Most importantly, clean AC!
The staff is very kind. They're welcoming and very helping. The room itself is fine for *** a night. Large bed. Spacious. AC is fairly new and clean. The bathroom fan didn't work. Wasn't worth complaining for a short stay. Shower fan is ok. Definately gotta keep it on for ventilation. There is NO refridgerator which I think is a big no no. How are you gonna keep the booze and water cool?? Overall it's ok. Close to Pudu station and Bukit Bintang area.
The price is really cheap, and the room we got was terrible. So I guess it makes sense. Though I feel the least a hotel can do is be clean. Maybe we just got the worst and oldest room. We booked a normal room but was assigned an Elvis themed room. It didn’t have any windows, the walls were peeling, carpet was stained and dirty, and we got some bug bites in bed during the night. Amenities are very sparse - only 1 type of soap in the shower, no soap at the sink, 1 pair of slippers for 2 people in the room, 2 toothbrush sets (thank goodness). There’s no fridge to keep your drinks cool. Bathroom was really strange, the shower stall and toilet shared a single door. Pulling it to cover the shower leaves the toilet stall open and vice versa. Shower head holder was installed in the corner of the shower at a weird angle. TV funnily only had 3 channels which we have to always programme using the auto scan function each time we switch it on. Unfortunately did not have time or energy to take any photos. Just make sure you DON’T get the Elvis room. The only great thing I can commend is the staff’s friendliness and the lobby’s extremely powerful AC. It’s also in a pretty good location, near Berjaya Time Square, though the immediate surroundings are not great, so it’s best to always book a cab from there. This hotel might be tolerable if you’re on an extremely tight budget, but I personally would never return and will never cheap out on a hotel ever again lol. They do have several award plaques on the wall but I think they were awarded about 10+ years ago to the previous hotel (Maison Boutique) before it was taken over by Kingston (?) or is that another of their names? (They were previously swing and pillows?)

From the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything was seamless and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A very special mention to Nafees, Karen, and Ali they were always ready with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Whether it was arranging little details, offering helpful suggestions, or simply making us feel at home, their professionalism and genuine care stood out. The room was spotless and cozy, the facilities well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. As a couple, we felt truly cared for and valued. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place where hospitality shines through every interaction.
