This hotel is located a bit away from the hectic area, but you can go anywhere by foot, such as Terminal 21, Alxxx show, the beach and so on. If you want to go to Walking Street, you need to The truck or Bolt. Anyway the location is very good. You can sleep in a calm atmosphere. The room was very clean and spacious with a big balcony. All the area in the hotel is non smoking. The breakfast is decent. I enjoyed the stay there.

Stayed here many time before Covid and I am pleased to find that it is better than ever. Staff are very attentative and polite. Rooms are big and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Bathroom / shower is fantastic. Overall another wonderful stay at the Palazzo. I will most certainly be back.

A fewer kind of breakfast than I expected. There was a concert and it doesnt have sound proof. The AC sound is loud. The room is clean. The staff is nice and friendly. But we asked for more tissue and no one came to give. A bit disappointed for 5-star hotel.
