Service was excellent right from the start when I alighted from my airport transfer! They helped to open the car doors for us and even helped with the luggage. Check-in with Esther was simple and fast. The team even provided us with a birthday cake after we casually mentioned the stay was to celebrate my birthday. Location of the hotel is convenient - few minutes walk away from The Pavillion and KLCC. The staff tended to our needs even when we requested for a late check-out. Will definitely stay here again when I come to KL again!

My partner and I stayed at Grand Hyatt KL for one night and it was nothing short of exceptional. We were in room 2606, a king bed with KLCC tower view and waking up to the iconic towers right outside our window was surreal. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel for this year. The breakfast at Thirty8 was a standout. Not just for the delicious variety but for the 360° panoramic views of the city that made the morning feel magical. The ambiance, the service and the food were all amazing. We also had lunch at JP Teres and their signature chicken rice was absolutely delicious, comforting, flavorful and beautifully plated. The restaurant had a relaxed vibe and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless.
