Pros: Location is excellent. The room is cozy and clean. The hotel is just behind starhill and very close to pavi. Cons: I was given a very small room with no windows and I didnt like it since I have a clusterphobic. The lady receptionist who attended me should be more pro-active. I left my passport with her upon check in and she did not call me at all considering she had my contact number. I only realized I didnt have my passport the next day. I was searching for my passport and made me worried. Then went to the counter next day and ask the other lady about my passport and it was there. All good but I hope they can be more pro-active by calling the guest immediately if they left such important document like passport. Overall I like the hotel and it has this unique and interesting Vintage Camera Museum at level 2.

Dissatisfied by broken room amenities ”
A friend and I stayed for two nights at this hotel. I’d have to say the location was extremely convenient for the Bukit Bintang hot spots and the rooms were pretty clean and nice for its cheap price. However, I was disappointed as the air conditioner in our room was not working and by the time we returned in the evening, we had to wait a while for the night shift staff to help us. Although they tried to be helpful, they lacked the initiative to give us updates as we were the ones who would approach them for updates instead of the other way around. We eventually got transferred to another room that night but it was a room that charges at a lower rate. Once we were in the second room, the water was not running and we had to call the staff to help again. It turns out we just had to turn on a switch in the washroom but we were not properly instructed about this prior to the transfer. On the second day, the morning staff let us choose between two rooms that were the same type as our original room to transfer to. Although this was an improvement, I feel that we were still not fully compensated for the inconvenience caused in the previous night. I hope our stay is an exception to others’ experiences as I had higher expectations from this hotel.
