- The location is very good since it nearby the pavilion kl, lot 10 and so on. - The room is very clean and all necessary has been provided - The important things is **the staff at counter are very friendly and helpful because she helped me a lot when I am lately check in and needed to check-out early. Thus, she give me two option to choose whether I just follow what I booked via Agoda (3d2n) OR rebook again (2d1n). Since she knew I need to go airport at 6.00pm. It's very good services and friendly hotel. Again, they also helped a lot of customers who reached early or check-out early to keep all the luggage bag at store room. Nice and excellent!

Value for Money Hotel in Bukit Bintang”
Indeed, a stay in Gold3 is amazing and recommendable. LOCATION: very accessible to anywhere in Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, train stations. ROOM: the room is not that big. Given that we are in the middle of the city, it is very understandable. But even with that, we have enough space for our luggage. There is a private toilet & bathroom, water heater, hair dryer, TV, working table, small hanger area. For those who need dry iron, they have it placed outside the room. FACILITIES: aside from just staying there, they also have a Vintage Camera Museum where guests can roam around and check. And you can also use the space for dining or chilling. STAFF: they have friendly staff who always greets us with a smile, lended us umbrella and gave us extra Teh Tarik (our fave) This is a place where I would love to visit again. And you should too

Highly recommended if you don't mind the small room. For muslim traveller, the space are quite tight especially when you want to pray in the room. but we dont mind it at all. With the cost, you can spend less on the accommodation so you can shop more! place is very convenient. Very comfortable shower and bed to refresh and rest.

This hotel has a great location, which is very near Bukit Bintang MRT Station, just a few walks of distance only. The price is cheap, room is clean and staffs are friendly too. Overall, it's a very good experience to stay here. For those who want to look for budget hotel, this hotel is very worth to stay!!!

Overall good but doubt for safety issue ”
Pros: Location - good and close to anywhere in the area of Bukit bintang Service - professional and friendly Rooms - small but cleanliness Facilities - camera museum, pantry and resting area is provided on 2nd floor. Cons: 1. Safety risk - outsider seems easily to enter into hotel and lift without card scan needed. There is no any other security door lock for the room door. 2. Disturbance - super terrible of soundproof. We can hear every single sound from beside and above of rooms, even encounter the male guests who gathering and talking nonstop at midnight. We can’t sleep well for 2 nights and tried to knocked the wall to warn them, but they start to making noise loudly and knocked the wall back to bother us. They even tried to open our room door as well. I can see there are invited strangers keep passing thru corridor and in & out to the beside room too. 3. Smoking - We have requested for non smoking room, however I can smell the smoke from beside room, I’m not sure if their room is available for smoking. In fact, this is my first worst experience of hotel stay as I felt there is safety issue. Not recommended for those who looking for the quiet and safety hotel stay, especially for girls. Plus, people who has poor sleep quality please avoid as well.

One of the best hotels in town despite its size. We need a place to sleep because we only come for Hari Raya shopping in this area. We may commute within this Bukit Bintang by walking, Beam scooters, train or Cab. Eventhough, the room was small but the bed and room soundproofing were comfy enough to be overslept. Great Value, Great Experience, Great Hotel. TQ for your hospitality. Cheers

Hai Good Day to WOLO, Would like to express my thanks to the Front Desk staff on the morning of 6th of March 2021 at 0800hrs. He was very calm and handled my problem with much care and polite. Had issue with the hotel jockey which charged me even he was not doing his job and was ask to pay for the charges. I addressed the issue to the Front Desk staff and he calmly and with much politeness, asked every detail of it. And to my surprise, within minutes, the problem is resolved and the charges are waived. Such a professional way to handle things. The hotel should credit the staff. It's been a good stay at the hotel. The hotel is much recommend with its ambience and helpful staff.

Room is very clean and comfortable, room size also consider decent for a boutique hotel. Highly recommended. Location is right next to Lot10 shopping mall, opposite of Pavilion Mall. Will stay again for any future trip. Thank you to the courteous and friendly staff as well.

มาKLกี่ครั้งก็พักโรงแรมนี้ เดินทางสะดวกด้วยรถไฟฟ้า ใกล้ห้างดังๆหลายห้างในย่าน Bukit Bintang ห้องพักดีทุกอย่างแต่เสียดายไม่มีตู้เย็น ขากลับหากเรียก grab กลับสนามบินควรเผื่อเวลาสำหรับรถติดแถวๆ Pavilion ขั้นต่ำสัก 3 ชั่วโมง รถติดมาก Always visit here in every KL trip. Everything so good, staff so friendly, location convenience if transport by public transport and close to famous department store but would be great if have refrigerators in room :) Suggest all of you to prepare more time (3 hours++) if go to KLIA2 airport by grab.. Traffic around hotel so jam!!

The room is small but good enough if you're there to sleep only. The room is super clean! Unfortunately, not soundproof as you will hear doors banging/closing early in the morning or at night (10pm-1am). Staff is well-trained and polite. Definitely will stay again in the future. Love the place, lovely and helpful staff, very clean and the smell of the hotel is very refreshing. It is just few minutes walk to Pavillion and many good restaurant nearby. There's place for coin laundry too nearby. The only downside is the room is too small but the bed is comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Overall 9⭐

If you are on a short trip to the city and thinking of a clean, comfortable spot for your nights? Gold3 Boutique is the answer. 1. Checking in and out was a breeze, a deposit of MYR50 is required. 2. Room wise? Basic complimentary of tea and coffee, dental kit, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo. 3. TV channels selection includes movies and some mainstream options. 4. However, the gem is the camera museum located on level 2. It will bring you back to the era, prior to DSLR. 5. Then you'll realised, even the internal decor of the whole hotel were actually rooted from the same theme. 6. The area is surrounded by multiple shopping and food outlets, within walking distance. Highly recommended for solo or maybe small group of travellers (max of three) and short stays.
