Located near Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon, this hotel provides easy access to local attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the self check-in/out process is convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice design and good amenities such as a game room, arcade games, and PS5.
Few guests reported sound insulation issues, noise from missing pool sticks, disposable cups, and PS5 stick chargers. Some faced air conditioning problems, including noise and inefficiency.

Room is small, BUT I’m not even complaining. It’s clean, bed is comfy, pillows, covers all confy, aircond working. Toilet facilities all good. Now the fun stuff. We love that we can come down anytime to the play area and watch netflix on one TV, play PS on the other. Play arcade games or pool. And drink unlimited coffee/tea/hot chocolate from the drinks machine, with a toilet present nearby, checkin is easy too, via vending machine. How cool is that. Just put in your booking number and your room card will pop out. 2nd visit here. Will be back for more!

Strategic location near the mall, 24-hour mamak, and laundry. Room is small but clean and good for sleeping. After we checked out, the hotel even contacted us to check if we left anything (luckily not ours) good customer service! We got insect or bedbug-like bites on our last day, but not sure if it was from Sunway Lagoon or the hotel. Only downside is the noise from the road and mamak at night. Overall: Good stay with helpful service and a very convenient location, just be mindful of possible insects and street noise. We loves the entertainment area.

Was staying for a day. The Check In took quite a while since its depends on a machine, take me 4 times to check in (KIOSK). But the same KIOSK machine depends on people. In my case, the staff didn't update my booking early so the KIOSK doesn't detect my information and cancel my check in like 3 times. The room is adequately sufficient in space. the bed height is quite low. All the infotainment stuff were average. The got like some RGB stuff for the youngster appeals. The best for me was the cleanliness of the toilet. Its a pleasant room to wash up and clean. I thinks that all.

“Very nice location and casual hotel”
Pros: I booked here since I needed a place to stay during the sympsosium I attended, and we stayed for 4 nights. My brother would go around the area while I'm at the venue. It's only like 5 min walk to Sunway Pyramid mall and BRT. There are also a lot of food establishments and convenience store. Check in can be done on your own but there is a person who can assist you (who is also very friendly and helpful btw). The lower ground has an entertainment area where you can watch netflix, play arcade games, billiards, or just chill around or work. There's also a water dispenser, and a coffee/chocolate machine free for all. Cons: The wall paint needs some repainting, and the linen has a bit of stains, but it's still overall clean. The room is a bit small for 2 people, and there are no cabinets (only hangers on the wall), but I can overlook these due to the pros I mentioned. Overall: I would still recommend this place if you need a place to stay near Sunway, but not for staycation. The casual vibe might be more appealing to younger people.
