Great 8 day stay ”
Love this area but never stayed gajapuri, so glad we did it was such a peaceful haven, so much room for everyone, plenty of sun beds on beach area and both pools. Think large pool was supposed to be adults only but was used by families with young children throughout our stay. For couples it is such a find! Beds huge and really comfy, staff outstanding location perfect! Turn left or right outside of resort & lots of bars and restaurants

Brilliant Hotel perfectly located”
The Gajapuri Hotel is a little oasis in the busiest town on Koh Chang. The ground are kept immaculately manicured. The staff are attentive, super helpful and sweet. Our partial sea view room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. So close to the pool and beach. Loved watching the Sun set every night during our stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely resort ”
We had a lovely stay at the Gajaburi and the staff were lovely and great with our two children, aged 1 and 4. We were a little concerned of the little ones by the little pond areas and the wooden walkways but it was okay. It was a shame it wasn’t too easy to access the beach from the hotel as lots of stones, but the pool was great. Was very envious of the adult only pool which also looked great. The breakfast was okay but would prefer to be able to help ourselves to bacon etc… and then order eggs, often we would get only a bit, but it was still okay. Great location for easy access to some great restaurants in the Kae Bai area.

Friendly staff going beyond of what is required to make our stay special. I like that in this part of resort no children under 16 are allowed. It is lovely to have the whole length of the pool for swimming and not being splashed by screaming kids. They have a lovely kids pool around the corner in the shade. Different to the other resorts on the island. We will be back.

Covid19 makes the price very attractive”
Delux with jacuzzi tub has a large bathroom , 1single bed and1 king bed Breakfast at beach front cottage is cute . Alarcarte menu for breakfast is great. They bake plain bread and sesame type which is best .Jam is also made deliciously. middle sized outdoor pool is ok. But the wifi signal in the villa area is weak but not my problems . We are happy there. Thank you , staffs especially Sai at the breakfast room.

The hotel has parking, is near convenience stores and restaurants, and has two swimming pools. It also has a private beach access, but the width is quite small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything you want or need. Great food, really nice pools and grounds. Our bungalow was very very nice, lots of room and the housekeeping was superb. All the staff are exceptionally god and friendly and a special thanks to Tui and the rest of the girls in the beach front restaurant. Thanks to the chef and all his team for the excellent meals. Located on a small but idyllic private beach. Two pools, one adult-only. Small beachfront restaurant where a good breakfast is served. Friendly & helpful staff. A well-managed resort with clean, comfortable teak bungalows located in private settings around the resort off of boardwalks. Lawns, hedges and grounds immaculate. Highly recommend this resort, though tempted to keep it a secret. Must be one of, if not the, nicest resorts on Koh Chang.

Nice Resort with no real beach to speak of, great deal now that there are no tourists, otherwise I could never afford to stay there! there is no sea view from any of the bungalows, but the one closest to the shoreline is quite nice.

Beautiful bungalows in the garden. We have our privacy. It was quiet. The matress is good. The good surprise for me, was to see a Bose speaker bluethooth inside every bungalows. All the staff are professional and nice. We can enjoy the breakfast at the restaurant in front the sea. We really enjoyed our stay, everthing was good.

Peaceful and Quiet”
The Gajapuri is a lovely resort, but do not be fooled, it has no beach to really speak of. If you want to kick it on a beach you will have to travel somehow to get to one, but with 2 pools this is a minor issue. Just be sure that the ocean front rooms are not really ocean front, as there are trees bordering the property on it's sea side, so there is not much of a view. The staff of this resort are all very nice and helpful. Being there during the pandemic it was virtually deserted, I was the only guest there for a few days. they grow their own sprouts and greens organically for their cafe, where they served breakfast near the waterside, which was nice. Within a couple of days they knew my idiosyncrasies and took little to prompt them to get them to serve me what I wanted for breakfast... The hotel is right in the heart of Kaebe, close to lots of restaurants. Kaebe to Klong Prau is about half open, White Sand Beach is about three quarters shuttered, and Lonely Beach same same.

Superb hotel. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Room was kept spotless. Within 5~10 minutes walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Only suggestion for improvement would be to make better use of the restaurant and bar area by extending happy hour to even 7:00 pm
