I recommend this hotel because the front desk service is excellent. We originally booked two single beds, but the receptionist noticed that we had a child with us and automatically upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite to make our stay more comfortable. The air conditioning was very cold and the hot water was very hot. On the second day of our stay, the toilet got clogged in the afternoon. Since we were in a hurry to leave, we informed the front desk to send someone to fix it. When we returned in the evening, the toilet had already been repaired, and the efficiency was good! There is a swimming pool on the third floor with separate adult and children's pools. There is also a small amusement park on the ground floor that requires an entrance fee. The guest price is RM10 (one child) for three hours of play. Due to our tight schedule, we didn't let our child play this time. There is a food street across from the hotel, and Berjaya Times Square is about a 10-minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Alor Street.

Pro: 1. Pricing - Very reasonable pricing for the strategic location which nearby to Bukit Bintang area and TRX Exchange Mall. 2. Location - The hotel is located in heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is very easy to access to TRX Exchange Mall, Berjaya Times Square Mall and Pavilion Mall Bukit Bintang. 3. Room size: The room size is really huge compares with other hotels nearby. For travellers, you can put and open your luggage with enough place and walk around in the room without a problem. 4. Car Park - It's free for hotel guess. This is very good for us as a consumer. For some hotels I stayed before, they still charged a fix rate for hotel guess who using their car park. I feel this is not very reasonable. 5. Room view - For the room I received, I can view the whole TRX Exchange. 6. Breakfast Area (27th Floor) - Because of the renovation of their usual breakfast providing place, when my stay at there, they moved the breakfast area to level 27. It's a wow when I stepped into this level for breakfast. It is so lucky to have KLCC Twin Tower and also KL Tower to be my breakfast view. You might not have this chance because I saw the hotel management moved away the breakfast relocated notice on the day I checked out from the hotel. That's mean they have done renovation for their usual breakfast place for hotel guess. Cons: 1. Car Park - It's a bit dirty and dark especially in the midnight. I feel a bit not comfortable (feeling unsafe) when my car just into the basement of the carpark. 2. Atmosphere of lobby - The feeling of uncomfortable continue rise to a higher point when I get out from the lift into the lobby. I arrived at around 1am and I feel creepy when the lobby operated with the minimum of lighting. 3. The Room Atmosphere - The creepy feeling to the max when I opened the room door. The room is really big and dark. Also with the very old day design and with many cabinets structure. I have to open all the corner of lightings to ensure the room feels more brighter because a lot of the lights are in yellow light. 4. The Room - Hotel didn't provide the most basic of drinking water in the room (you have to purchase from them). Take note, they have provide the drinking water machine in the lift area, but I feel inconvenient especially in the creepy night time. Normally all hotels nowadays will provide two bottles of drinking water in room per day for their room guess. Overall, I still feel very worth and satisfy to stay at Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang. I hope they can do some improvements for the cons' parts I have mentioned above. Hopefully I can witness their changes in my next trip to KL. Cheers!
