“InFlexible stay”
This is a brutally honest review. Pros---Great location,adjacent to Sunway Pyramid mall. Plenty of food and activites available. Room appears clean but the floor could do with mopping. Feet is dirty if one walks bared footed. Water pressure for shower is great. Plenty of switches around, which was properly labelled. Water filter and kitchette. There was no spare trash bag, until I requested for it. There is a balcony for drying clothes. Unfortunately, need to pay to use the washing machine. Many disadvantages... no housekeeping, need to pay! Only given 2 sets of bath soap and shampoo ( 15ml tube). This group of 3 pax, staying for 4 days! 3 bath towels for the duration of stay. I managed to get extra soap which was not enough, I ended up buying from pharmacy. After the 3rd day, I requested for fresh towels. The mattress were very hard and of cheap quality. The pillows and sheets has seen better days and worn. The dining table was wobbly, one can only put food/ thing in the centre of table. TV doesn't work at all, grainy , no images at all. We have stayed in Sunway Resorts Suites under different management, I wanted to try a different room due to the triple bed. This is by far, the worse. Not only that, there are other labels everywhere which I deemed unwelcoming. The beddings should be discarded. The foldable table doesn't belong in the room, looking pathetic and out of place. I do hope the host / owner will replace some of the items and I believe it will attract travellers.
