“Good”
If you don’t mind the accommodation experience, it’s quite cost-effective. However, the cleanliness of the room’s details isn’t great. It wasn’t properly cleaned—there was a pile of dust under the chair, wood shavings in the wardrobe, cobwebs in the corners of the walls, and dust on the water dispenser. But since I only stayed for one night and didn’t spend much time there during the day, I didn’t really care. Overall, it was okay as long as you don’t look too closely at the details.

“Decent stay”
The location is a strong point, making it easy to get around, and the room size is quite generous. Hot water was consistently available, which is always a plus. The owner was friendly and very helpful. However, the view left much to be desired, and the amenities were lacking, which could be a dealbreaker for some. Cleanliness was so so. Overall, the facilities did not meet expectations, impacting the overall experience.

“The access Card”
The moment I am trying to access into the apartment, the card to access the lift is denied, the host not update it yet. Imagine how I need to buy groceries on ground and need to ask the security to access the lift. Reminder from me that host need to update the access card.

“Only for sleeping”
This is wonderful place to stay for budjet trips or just an overnight stay. But i recommend other places. Why? Because although the description of the place is nice and all addition to the coway and other ultilities. The staff is just too terrible, no reply to your inquries. TV and aircon sure but no batteries for the remote is dead you try to ask for it from the staff and he wont reply,I had go and buy new ones own my own. The place is not even clean still full of dust its like no one stayed there before the sheets are filled with dust and some parts of the toilet has mold. the freaking towel is even dirtier like what the hell theres stains of old blood on it.
