Its a studio room. The room looked clean n decent. Shower area looked clean. The sink was leaking in the bathroom. The window was little dirty. Not much appliances. Cant cook. The towel was not so clean. The duvet smells lil off maybe because of detergent. Check in & out was smooth. The host responded real quick.

Smelly Toilet, still have hair at the floor trap in toilet, dirty toilet bowl and need to deep clean unless u see the bowl from top view! have iron but no iron board. Parking paid by own using TnGo if u want to park in the basement and cannot validate.

The floor mattress in the toilet is wet and the toilet smells badly due to the humidity and poor ventilation. Others are fine. Check-in/out procedures are easy

The owner is quite patient. The safety guard is super friendly. So far the room is simple & nice. Only the bed I’m not satisfied with because it’s a bit dirty (dark spots) better bring your own cover.

Unpleasant and disturbing”
1. Staff will not pickup phone calls (not at all) 2. Staff will not provide check in details until you look for them on whatsapp, and whatsapp only. 3. Multiple light bulbs are broken including the bathroom one. 4. Many, i repeat, many cockroaches observed in the room. On the bed as well! 5. DO NOT BOOK THIS STUDIO!!! YOU WILL THANK ME. ps. I did not stay in this studio after I was greeted by all these scenes.

Cockroahches is everywhere, under the bed, on the chair, in the toilet, in the oven. Parking is expensive rm13 one night. The door cannot be locked. Has iron. No laundry.

I had a decent experience for someone who was short of money, this was actually a very place to stay. It was clean and affordable. I wouldn’t mind booking again. Thank you and the owner was so kind and patient with me after I didn’t know how to operate the lift !

It's a stylish and warmth studio. Good scene from room. Parking rate is cheap for weekend. But the only problem is the lift. There are 4 lifts but only one can use. So everyone is waiting for the lift. But overall is a good stay.
