Strategic location for IKEA shoppers, nearby to restaurants and shops”
Went here for IKEA shopping; it is about 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Did not have any issue with the security guard after showed them the letter forwarded by the owner. Very convenient room with beautiful view. The room also has its own kitchenware, electric kettle and fridge. 7e and my-news shops are just downstairs. Overall, it is really value for money and definitely will come again. Areas for improvement: WiFi was really bad, so does the phone data signal. Need a proper toilet door, as it has no lock (just a slide door).

Terrable”
The day i want to check in, i contact the owner. However, the number is not reachable. Then i ask for agoda help. Luckly, agoda gave me another number might be the owner wife. The owner said, theirs phone is missing. I felt so depress as the owner didn't make an afford to contact me as i dont have any other number to call them. While check in. We have problem with guard. They dont allow us to go up to the room. After few discussion and explanation, the finally allow us to go up. Yes the parking fee maximum is RM8. If u stay overnight, the parking fee will be double as the autopay consider calculate as 2day. The room is to simple. Bath dont have a place to put your toiletries. The shower room too small. Beside, owner only gave 2bar soap. No shampoo or tooth brush. Please prepare and bring your own , as this is not hotel. Its private studio. We pay only for room and not services. View from the room is superb awesome. Near to damansara city.

the location is fantastic but the owner really need to do something about that smelly toilet i have to sleep with open window because i cannot stand the smell that coming out from the toilet.. its killing my whole family that night!!! other than THAT its actually a good place to stay and also it is nearby ikea n 16mins to don's diner

Cleanliness ”
During my stay at empire really not comfort at all because hygiene problem. Especially the bed,when I woke up on the next day my body got few red dot and it is itchy and pain. I'm stay there for 4 days 3 night. And this red dot problem make me need to consult to doctor. And I won't stay there in future.

Strategic location”
Overall the stay was ok, despite minor problem with the security guard as this is an apartment and the guard won't let us go up to the unit without the owner accompanying us. Beside this, overall the stay was pleasant.

Water heater and bed problem”
I read some of the comments on the issue with the security guards, but luckily it didn't happen to me. but they were some problems like the water heater is not working, the bed was too small to fit two adults and the malfunction of the wardrobe. Besides that, overall experience was normal.

I was dissapointed the fact that we had to wait almost an hour before we can get the keys to the room. Prior to that, we went into some arguments with the guards downstairs as they wont let us up. It is very inconvenient. but the rooms were okay.

Not safe for female traveller”
To my disappointment, this is not a hotel. It's simply a studio condo owned privately. We face difficulty with the Security to even go up to the unit. Not safe for female that travels alone.
