          Not comfortable when I stepped into this unit. Don’t think there is a good maintenance for it. Good location anyway. Convenient as there is a convenience store just right downstairs. Walking to another block will have plenty of restaurants.

          Room is okay except for the check-in process. Had to contact the property, (in my case i had waited until 3p.m. but no message/contact from the property) and only got the details of room around 3.30 p.m. after contacted the property.

          I WhatsApp the staff/owner on the morning asking for check in information, but they said they will update in the the afternoon. But until 4 pm, they did not update anything, i need to WhatsApp them again. Then, they only ask for name and everything. Why not ask during my first message 🥲

          Will not repeat ever again”

          The host is not very friendly. They did not provide phone number and on the day you check in only then they will whatsapp you. So it quite difficult for you to communicate because of that. I’ve booked other host as well and they even prepared 2 bottles of mineral water and few sachets of 3in1 but this host did not prepare anything, quite dissappointed. For sure will not book under this host again.

          The unit is dusty, a lot of small cockroaches especially in the toilet. The grille padlock was malfunction when we arrived. On our 2nd day, when we returned to the unit, the grille & the key box was opened.

          Last min book via agoda. Parking need to be pay as normal visitor. The room are terrible and not clean, you can find bug everywhere , food waste by previous person who been there. The good part is the NETFLIX and the internet.
