Highly recommended hotel - especially during off-season.”
I participated in the Krabi International Half Marathon in September 2019, & planned the weekend around this. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay. Most impressive are the magnificent expansive grounds of the hotel, surely reflecting the fact that in the 1990s, land this far out of the Ao Nang tourism center was cheap. Wherever possible, the architects sought to protect the existing landscape, so there are mangroves with oyster populations flourishing along the banks. Elsewhere there are benches overlooking quit lotus ponds. And best of all, the loungers under the pine trees above the beach, with exquisite views out towards the islands in Phang Nga Bay. The beach is pure white sand, well maintained by the hotel, which appears to clean it every morning. The rooms are excellent, spacious and with tiled floors - ideal for beach resorts. The bathrooms have separate showers and bath tubs. One small suggestion: please upgrade sockets by adding USB chargers.

We want you to know how much we appreciate the excellent services you provided when we were here last couple of days. Upon arrival at the Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They are trained well with exceptional hospitality. Impressively, the atmosphere is so special. So, we enjoyed spending time with loads of activities in the hotel which were suggested by Khun Beer, who works as a buggy golf car driver in the hotel. Khun Beer is such a warm personality and highly gentle person. Importantly, due to global COVID- 19 issues, the hotel staff did everything to keep us safe. Also, a personal hygiene kit with mask and hand sanitiser for each guest is provided. And, the room is spacious with good facilities. We really satisfied with the service, cleanliness, value, and location. We hope to be back soon.

Such a great time here and a nice break from Phuket. I would love to come back here. The hotel was clean throughout. Private beach and allowed for island hopping tours directly from the hotel. We had an 18 month old and he enjoyed running around the big open fields and the wading pool for the little ones.

We got married in this resort this time last year which was spectacular. Dusit Thani is a very lovely hotel. Because of the large landscape of trees and garden, I felt like the hotel was in the park. There were plenty of sport activities and exercises. Italian restaurant was good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour desk at the hotel could arrange private tours or group tours that served your need at reasonable prices. This is my second return in a month. I really enjoyed this peaceful and tranquility hotel.

Very pleasant stay though the room is not exactly close to beach. There are lotus ponds in front of our club room.free 1 hr kayak and free flow drink between 17.30-19.30 at club lounge. There are thai food ruen siam nearby walking distance. The big pool is closed now for renovation during covid19 total 250 rooms in usable area 99 rai. The smell of sheraton still around though name changed to dusit during the last 5 years. Variety if breakfast is limited during covid

2nd time at Dusit Thani and the hotel is still great after 5 years since my last visit. They have an awesome gym and fantastic staff. Rooms are still good and has lots of storage space which is good!! Only thing that can be improved is the breakfast spread and room service menu which is quite limited!

Big spaces and self contained”
The whole area is huge and spacious. Self contain with restaurants and the beach is within the compound. Good for a quiet holiday and suitable for family with children too. There's a 7-11 at the main entrance and other restaurants serving Thai food along the street. Best restaurant in the area is Sandwich Me. Fantastic pizza and thai food.

We walked in to enquire and Khun Nush set us up with a great package deal. She continued to sweeten it for us so we extended twice more. Everything else was fine too of course, but Khun Nush is the reason we'll come back. Best service ever!

Very good staffs, variety of facilities and water sports. Location is very good, on the Main Street, 7-11 is in front of hotel. The beach and sand is very beautiful. No need to spend time outside hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The room was spacious and well designed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pools are big and just the right temperature. The options for sunbathing are great (you can chose between the beach, green lawn with lots of shade, or the two pools). The food in all 4 restaurants was excellent! We tried Chef Timothy Hills a la carte menu and we highly recommend it. Special thanks to Joy for her exceptional service and all the staff. We are sure to be back!
