    “Acceptable & Worth For Money”

    i stayed with my daughter for 4 days so she can attend her exam in school nearby. Owner is quite responsive to our questions. Location wise its quite isolated with just 2 convenience stores at ground floor (5-7 minutes walking distance) so if you want to hv nice meal, you can travel to One UtamaMall which is about 5-10min driving distance. Its rather hard to get car park at the basement but you will get familiar with it after few times. Not very critical items but quite some improvement can be done to let tenant stay more comfortably ie no hanger in bathroom (commented before by others), mechanical door lock sometime not working, wall clock not functioning (no battery?), no shampoo (just bath gel), few areas with wooden flooring detached... Overall, the house is very unique in design. Wifi and neflix is working ok, Kitchen utensils quite complete though i dont use it. One last item - there are really quite a lot of small cockroaches but only at the kitchen sink area. So, dont leave any food on kitchen desk or you wil regret it. This is recurrence issue from past tenant's comment. Owner shud really pay attention to this one. Overall, acceptable to me though owner should look at those common feedback by all tenants so far.

    “Best Staycation!”

    The best staycation ever! The parking easy to access, the house design is very nice. I got another unit (not same in the picture) but still the design more modern and very nice. The place really comfortable. Both toilet is clean and their dining area is superb. The host also easy to contact. Will come again to reward myself to relax!

    “Average”

    Check-in is easy however there is no access card provided to enter/exit the lobby so need to ask the security guard to help every time. Some of the furniture require some maintenance but mostly still okay. The bathroom needs a place for hanging clothes/towel. Cleanliness wise, the place is clean but cockroaches will find their way in from the gaps/holes even if there is no garbage/food in the premise. Best spray repellent everyday. Good place to stay if own/rented a car. As the M Tower is quite far back in and the Empire City mall isn't open now private car hires have a hard time to locate unless we wait for them outside the basement carpark. Internet is up and running smooth and fine. There's netflix/youtube accessible fromt he MiTV. The blanket in the bedroom is too thick. Easily sweating at night with the aircon turn on 16 degrees celcius. Will be better to use the blanket from the sofa. In overall, the stay is average.

    “Housekeeping ”

    There are ants in the room, the sheets and pillows smell, there are ants on the bed, the kitchen utensils are very simple, the microwave is dirty and smelly, and there is no tablecloth, which is inconvenient to handle the kitchen

    So far okay, cuma kat ads show unit lain tapi dapat unit lain 😅 Beza dengan gambar tapi okay je cantik jugak. Tapinya kat atas ( tempat tidur ) tu aircond bocor so kami tak berani nak buka aircond. Nasib baik owner ada sediakan kipas berdiri 😓
