Stayed for 4 nights, checked out on 2 November 2024. Hotel location is superb. The same building, we have Mr DIY and also supermarket HeroMarket where you can purchase anything from snacks to home appliances. Parking, if you don't mind kereta kena hujan panas, the paid parking lot just in front of the hotel, opposite the road will suffice. Sekali keluar masuk.. rm3.. pernah kena rm7.. ada la rate dia boleh refer.. and buat kira2.. lagi satu option, underground bangunan tu punya untuk shopping complex.. overnight aritu kena rm8.. all parking saya pakai TnG aritu.. not sure rate yang underground tu mcm mana.. sbb saya parking di open space parking lot saja lepas sekali parking underground. Walking distance to the beautifully designed Masjid Besi dan also walking distance to Food Truck.. malam2 boleh mai dinner sini. We did not take breakfast with our room so can't comment on the food.. but we ordered room service.. and the food was great.. so does the price.. huhu. Room ok lah.. i think the room price a bit steep due to location dan view saya nampak tasik, masjid and foodtruck. Rasa boleh murah sikit lagi sbb mesti byk government activities buat di sini. Overall, our stay was really nice. The room was clean and well maintained. There was an issue with our stay though. I asked the staff about their flexible checkout time. They told me that as long as we were checked out by 1 PM, there would be no extra charge. After 1 PM there is an extra charge. That doesn’t seem very flexible though. Also, on the date of our check-out time, we went for breakfast. We arrived back at our room at 11:50 to grab our luggage, but our room keys had been deactivated already. I had to find a staff member to help us retrieve our luggage. This was problematic. My final complaint is the room temperature control. It was quite warm in the room even though I set the temperature to the lowest cold setting possible.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mixed bag. The room was spacious and provided enough space to move around comfortably.
