This is not my 1st time at Dorsett KL & definitely won't be my last. I love how clean & hygienic this hotel is, especially post Pandemic. BUT, whats unacceptable is the behaviour & unrpofessionalism of this staff that assist me in my check-in. 1) When he ask for my check-in identity, I vividly remembered if the booking was made under my sister's or mine, hence I gave him my sister's PP. Since he can't find the booking, I gave him my PP. Indeed he found it, but he adds on with, "The service will be much faster if u would have given me this PP instead". WOW!!! Customer service ZERO! 2) Rooms were not ready although this booking were made in advance. When I tried to say out my point, he stopped me and said, "Maam, stop, u listen to me first!" Dorsett KL, this staff of urs NEEDS to go for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL COURSE. Customers are not always right, but customers still needs to be manage with dignity & respect. This is utterly UNACCEPTABLE!

The location is very strategic which I really like it. It is not really inside Jalan Bukit Bintang. It is just right the entrance where I find it very good for transportation services. Whether you will be driving yourself or taking a Grab/Taxi. You can avoid massive traffic jam. It is a walkable distance to any major shops at Bukit Bintang. Have the access via Ritz Carlton when you wanna walk under a sheltered roof to avoid heats or rain. When you drive yourself there, parking is available and it is affordable for in-house guest. RM10 per entry. But you must indorse your token at the reception. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I booked 2 rooms. 1 queen bed for me and my wife and 1 twin beds for my kids. Initially they didn't have rooms side by side. They had either 1 with a few rooms far apart or another in a different floor. When one of the staff heard my request that I wanted a room next to each other. He had managed to find a solution for it. I appreciate it so much with the kind help. The rooms are outstanding. Beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable and the facilities provided in the room are great. After a really long day shopping in Bukit Bintang, the shower feels great and the bed gave me a good night sleep. Other amenities like the gym and swimming pool are available. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well as my kids loving the pool which was half covered with roof. Not entirely exposed to the sun. Food provided during breakfast buffet were delicious. I can never get enough with it. I stayed as long as I can to enjoy the cuisine. For the price I paid for, it is really worth it. I definitely going there again when I need to check-in at hotel in Bukit Bintang.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful. The only downside was that parking required an additional fee, i have give my car number plate to the receptionist. Unfortunately, he forgot to validate, end up i have to pay more which is rm46. It would be great if parking could be included or staff have better communicated regarding on parking rate. For those stay here please make the upfront validate your car plate number. If not you need to pay more than rm11

Great location near Pavilion Bukit Bintang! Receptionist was very accommodating and managed to get us a room before the check-in time. The suites were in a separate building from the reception & hotel rooms. Carpark was a bit tight especially when turning at the corners. Limited valet parking but a helpful staff drove our car into the basement carpark. Suite was adequately equipped and clean. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Good value for money!
