Stay for 1 night in Family Suite. Its good because have partition(slide door) in between bed as show in the picture. So since i stay with my parents, they can have some privacy. Aircond & tv also in both bed. So its soo good. Just take awhile to go to station 18 but with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel and room I'm soo satisfied with this hotel. Room is big enough for family suite with King size bed. Staff is friendly. Don't forget to download Park@Perak apps if you don't want to get 'saman' (luckily staff tell us. TQ soo much)

Pro :- 1) Bilik sangat bersih, bilik air pun bersih 2) Aircond berfungsi dengan baik sejuk sangat (takde kipas) 3) ada disediakan tv, cermin panjang, heater dalam bilik air, iron with iron board, tuala 2 helai (besar) (1 helai tuala kecil), dua botol air mineral kecil, 4 bantal yg selesa, 2 katil single dicantumkan, comforter pun ada bersih je cadar tilam pun bersih. 4) ada lift 5) nak isi air mineral dekat tingkat bawah ada disediakan (bukan coway atau Cuckoo) cuma tong botol air yang besar warna biru tu je 6) layanan staff ok cepat je dapat masuk bilik 7) deposit kena bayar RM50 (akan dikembalikan masa kita check out) 8) ada almari wardrobe untuk letak baju atau letak barang 9) dalam toilet ada diberikan shampoo kecil, sabun badan kecil, berus gigi travel pack yang dari hotel 10) lantai bilik daripada SPC/VINYL yang tak sejuk sangat bila pijak. Tapi ada je kena pandai cari lah dan tak viral. Paling dekat tapi kena naik kereta gak A'tok Kafe. Kalau malas sangat order grab jela 3) Dalam bilik kita boleh dengar dekat luar bunyi bunyian contoh macam orang bukak pintu, bunyi orang berjalan kat koridor ha gitu, tapi bunyi bising sangat tu taklah ok je. Bunyi cakap² tu kalau jenis cakap kuat mmg akan dengar lah 4) takde disediakan sejadah (arah kiblat tu cuba check dulu kesahihan dia sebelum sembahyang takut yang tampal dekat hotel tak sama dengan dalam tepon). Check kiblat pakai dua tiga henpon. Rasanya tu je kot pilih hotel ni sebab dalam kategori mampu milik harga dalam RM80 kat agoda dan ramai kata bersih jadi tak kisah jauh dari betul² bandar IPOH janji hotel selesa dan bersih. If you're looking for a place to stay for a short trip, just for a stopover, this would be a good place to stay. Nestled in a less busy part of Ipoh, surrounded by a housing area, it guarantees a quiet, peaceful night rest. You will also find DeParkview very clean, probably even cleaner than some places of higher rating. I am very particular especially when it comes to the bathroom but this place exceeds my expectation. The floor is also dust free. I booked a bigger room as I found the price to be so much worth it and I got a king-sized bed, a sofa set, a writing desk and a wardrobe complete with a mini fridge (it's working well) and ironing set. A water dispenser is available at every floor, and you can reheat your food (if you have any) in a microwave at a small pantry at ground floor. Or step outside, 24/7 Family Mart is just behind the hotel. Convenient. Staffs were friendly too. Overall, I will consider staying here again if I am looking for a short stay in the future.

The windowless room is very spacious, but a bit depressing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The main lobby is modern, clean and has an lift.
