“Airbnb style, poor staff and lost item not return”
Very inconvenience if you going to check in at night time. It's like Airbnb style, by right the owner should write us or inform early, what should we do when arrived. Don't have proper guide where to collect the key and where are the direction. During the last day to check out, we return the key to the mailbox, without anyone guidance. One thing to highlight, we leave over 1 shirt and 1 international power adapter inside the room, forget to pack. Then I return back to the apartment next day, asked for lost & found, they never checked and never tried to assist me. They refuse me directly saying that we dont see anything leave over the room. It is very bad attitude and unfriendly. They don't even try to help and sit over there and do nothing.

没有拖鞋，洗澡热水太少了，洗不了一会儿就没人热水了。洗漱用品只有一套，房东不会加，住宿超过三天就要自己带好牙膏牙刷。厕所用了之后会有异味。房东不会提供清洁服务，整体性价比很一般
