1st the cons. When we checked in and shown to our room we saw mould on the ceilings in the shower room as well as the toilet. I went straight down to ask for a change of room and i was told they would have to relocate my hotel altogether so I settled for the room I had. Then the ceiling in the toilet started to leak within a matter of days. This was sorted within 24 hours basically someone put a bowl through the access panel and used easyfill over the toilet ceiling mould which stopped the leaking. After a few more days in and the bathroom ceiling started to crumble onto the floor. This was not addressed even though reported, The lifts are beyond annoying you only get 1 lift card which isn't ideal and you can only get outbon your floor which was frustrating as we had family on another floor. Internet connection is good in your room but once you step out your room. you will have no Internet which is not ideal especially when u are trying to track a booked grab. Things provided in the room is very basic 2 plates, 2 bowls and 1 side plate not enough to cook comfortably. V did not work throughout. Rooms did have a few cockroaches nothing major but it wasn't sprayed even when requested. The man in reception is super slow, I didn't catch his name but he was on duty 14th July late at 7pm. I had to wait 15 minutes just for my room keys so I could go in after spending a whole day out. Then he decides to program the key again for some strange reason when he had had them all day and after that the room wouldn't open and we had to run down 3 times. Oh and the train noise will not let you sleep if your room is facing the way mine did. Now for the pros, it has an amazing pool will lovely views. The room was big and very spacious which I liked very much. The AC was goof and not to noisy you only get room cleaned for free every 4th day but this was not an issue for me as I cleaned it anyway. Places are close by so I walked to most which took around 30 mins each time.
