Property policies

Please spend some time reading this as it is very important. Note that pets and smoking are STRICTLY not allowed in the unit, but small parties are okay with conditions (an alternative location is by the pool). Cleanliness is important as technically it is still my own personal place hence I really hope you would do your best to maintain it. Terms and Conditions:- 1) MYR550 as security deposit will be collected by AirBnB. 2) Lost of access card and key charged MYR300 per set. 3) [TAKE NOTE] Please switch off all electrical items, air-conditional, wifi modem and lights when you leave the premises. 4) All guests both future and current must agree to the following rules whereby any unacceptable activity and damaging of property goods will not have their security deposits returned. Ex: illegal activities, illegal tenants. 5) Housekeeping. The house will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Additional cleaning fees MYR100 might be charged if cleanness is unacceptable. 6) All cutlery and crockery used need to be washed, and all rubbish collected and put into the rubbish receptacle near the lift, before leaving. 7) Check-out before 1200pm & Check-in after 1400pm. (Flexible if notified early) 8) If any of the noise-related rules are broken, and 2 phone or in-person warnings disregarded, your group will be asked to leave immediately, and the deposit will be forfeited to compensate our neighbours. I'm happy if you're happy, let's work together to ensure it remains that way :) P.s Take note of item No.3
