I risked this stay because there are too little reviews for me to refer for the condition of this apartment. There was no surprise. The apartment is as how it looks in the picture. It is new and clean. The owner is very responsive and considerate. They have slippers in the house. No hairdryer but the owner has taken note of this. Just in case, better bring your own hairdryer. Kitchen is very well equipped too. The bathroom has high and low hooks to cater for both adults and young children. Parking is easy and near to the unit. One thing that I misunderstood is that I thought it is within walking distance to the main road because the location is pinned wrongly on Google Maps. The place is too new that the exact place has not been indicated on the map yet. Not a big problem since we are driving. Cons: No TV channels, only some old movies and drama in the TV media. Walls are thin, can easily hear noises from outside. Most importantly, hot showers are working. This is my top concern when I go to cold places. Overall, it's a fabulous place for a family stay in Cameron Highlands!

Unit is located on the ground floor which is very suitable for elderly family members travelling together. The only thing that needs immediate attention is d floor carpet. Have it changed right away.

“Not what we expect, but you get what you pay for”
The host Bernice was really friendly and nice. However, we were very disappointed on the cleanliness of the unit. We weren’t able to sleep well as the pillows and blankets smells like someones oily head, we had to cover the pillow with towel… Nearby construction is noisy and dusty.. That being said, the location was excellent, place was really cold at night and the host was responsive. Lastly, I just hope this unit will improve their cleanliness..

Sincere apology to you if the cleanliness does not meet your expectations. We have heard comment from you about the noise at nearby construction site (which is out of our control as they are adhering to the local municipal rules), but we have never heard you mentioning anything about the smelly pillows and blankets. If you have let us know, we would have acted on it making sure our guests are comfortable. Thank you for your comment, we will further improve.
