"We booked via agoda desktop and there was "2 children free" (and under the clause, 3 to 10 ages of children require beds, thus we chose a 2-bedroom room) but only in the Agoda app did we see children meant 0-1 years old. That cause a little bit of confusion but Ross anyway handled it well, we just paid on top in the resort. The facilities were very good, a few minutes drive to tutukaka eateries and the view is superb. The rooms are well maintained, and enough place to hang wet clothes. Stove, oven, ref, microwave, toast press and barbecue facilities. Kids areas are the pool and spa, outdoor playground with trampoline and activity room for indoors. Tennis court is there too, and can borrow rackets, pity we didnt bring rubber shoes which is required for safety. We will be back with more family :)"

"Beautifully situated right across from the ocean and the marina. Rooms were large. well appointed with superb sea views. Heating excellent. No air conditioning so might be warm in the summer but both windows opened for fresh air. Staff were fantastic; friendly and helpful. While not cheap, not expensive either."
