"I really have enjoyed my stay in this hotel, first, it was good location as right opposite to central train station, so it made the journey short and convenience. Second, the front desk staff is helpful and professional. I like them all. Third, the variety in breakfast has plenty of choices, and fresh. Forth, the free wifi plus the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool relaxed me after a day of work. Finally, the room is clean and comfortable. I didn’t have disappointment during my stay. Excellent, this is the hotel I will stay if I revisit Hamburg, and thank you!"

"Stayed in hostel. Clean and comfotable bed, towels provides for. Common area with television amd vending machine. No kitchen. Less than 5 mins walk to subway station and supermarket. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. About 20-30 mins walk to attractions. In the middle of the the red light district (strip clubs, erotic toy shops etc) but did not feel unsafe. Accom is on an inner road where it is less noisy. I was able to sleep at night but very light sleepers may be affected by noises from clubs nearby. Would stay again. "

"The very central location makes it so ideal to travel from place to place. For example, the Staatsoper Hamburg is only 10 minutes away using public transportation and a lot of the sites are only a walk away. My only complaint about the hotel is that the internet was really slow and tended to fluctuate. It was understandable because the hotel was located in one of the busiest parts of Hamburg. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to conveniently go around Hamburg."

"As said in the title, the hostel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the hostel's location ist extremely central - right in front of the main station (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof). Even though we booked a twin room, we got upgraded to a 4-bed room (maybe just bc the rooms were free and/or our still occupied?) and also got two towels after asking, which are included in the single and twin rooms, but not in the bigger ones. Each bed had very convenient plugs for all our electronic devices (2 power outlets and 2 USB sockets) and even a small reading lamp. The bed were pretty narrow (80cm?). It might be sufficient for a person like me (1,66m/60kg), but I don't know how it might feel for taller/wider guests. The bathrooms were kinda small and very much the same as the Japanese business hotel bathrooms: slightly elevated and the inside walls are all plastic. The toilet was just a normal one though - no high-tech ;) But everything was very clean. Besides being right in front of the main station our room (416) was very quiet except for the occasional heavy thump from the guest right above us. The breakfast buffet for 5,50€ (not included in room prices) was a little disappointing - dry bread (albeit 3 types to choose from) and cheap meat (pork and chicken) and cheese. Hardly any veggies and no fruit. The coffee was instant and tasted awful. There was plenty of prepacked tea to choose from though and cereals, which we didn't try. I'd advise to get something to eat from one of the coffee shops in the main station for breakfast. It won't be necessarily more expensive, but definitely tastier. Overall we really liked the hostel. Given the opportunity, I'm definitely coming back. I might add that we were weekend sightseeing tourists, away from around 9am to 10pm or later and just needed a clean, private place to sleep at and didn't expect any luxury or room service."

"Rooms are small and other than being close to the Hamburg Messe, there's no reason to be in this part of town. Food is not great at hotel but there are quite a few other options further down the block. No bath tub, apparently all rooms only equipped with showers. Despite being a new hotel, the walls are so thin you could hear the guest snoring next door."
