"Very close to the main attractions in Cuxhaven incl. the 'Alte Liebe' shipspotting platform and the famous fish mile with dozens of great fish restaurants with their own pier at the back of the shop. The beach is a bit of a walk (about 4km) but worth visiting with fine sandy beach. Hotel offers cheap parking on site. Sadly no air condition in the room we had with window facing west with all-afternoon sun on a 30 degree C day. Little disappointing that there is a big construction side next door with construction noise all days but Sunday from 7am :-/"
