Where to stay in Ajaccio
Ajaccio hotels & accommodations
charming place, ticked all the boxes, however a little expensive.Rooms were a little small but very clean and well maintained.Had room which shared a sea view balcony with room. this was great value as compared to having a sea view from your own balcony. The other party was hardly ever home when we wanted to use the balcony....alternatively you can meet some good friend...
Good hotel, comfortable bed, good breakfast, fantastic location, close to everything, friendly staff, would go back again.
I spent two single nights here, a week apart, in December. The long, sandy beach 250 m away still gives the place a relaxed ambience and the staff certainly seem happy to be working there. Out of season the Campo dell'Oro is outstanding value for money and the restaurant, though more expensive, is worth the extra. Highly recommended. Just one note: I've seen (and hear...
stay in the hotel was really good, breakfast was rich and nice, rooms are clean and comfortable, hotel is just a bit further from the city center but still u can reach it by walk
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Even though the room given was small, the cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing us with directions to the nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel is approximately 10-15mins away from the Ajaccio airport.
Comfortable hotel that’s a short walk to the town. The WiFi was slow in the rooms but better in reception. Breakfast had a variety of pastries, cold meats, fruit and cereal. Limited parking next door at 6 Euros a day.
Quasi ein privater Strand, da sehr abseits von der nächsten Ortschaft.
The location of the hotel being 2 km from the city has good and bad points. Good for the peace, the space, the easy access to the main road for trips out of town, but inconvenient for walking into Ajaccio. Car or taxi required. Parking and traffic in town are challenging! However, would stay there again.
This is a typical French aparthotel in Corsica, near Ajaccio. It has a nice location right in front of the sea, probably all apartments have sea views. There is no beach directly in front of the hotel, the tiny beach with 4 umbrellas is about 7 minutes walk . Surprisingly, it was not crowded most of the time. There are several more nice beaches by the road to Sanguinar...
We couldn't believe it when we first arrived. I wonder how the manager got the 4 stars but he must have paid for them. The comfort doesn't exist there. Awful. The rooms are small, the mattress is super soft, there is no mini bar, no safe, no chair in the bedroom. We cannot reach reception from the room because we always get the answering machine. Besides the obvious ...
Typical for Corsicans, staff did not speak much English. Don't let this throw you off. They are used to guests who don't know any french and will kindly get you settled in. Wifi works. Breakfast could be better. Hotel Kalliste is right around the corner and has much more to offer for breakfast. Ferry, train and bus station are across the street within 5 min walk. Cafe...
Friendly welcoming staff, beautiful views, watching dolphins from the pool deck, great pool. Short walk to the sanguinaires for more beautiful views. Close to sandy beaches, pailotts restaurants and Ajaccio. Great for families and groups.
