"The location of the hotel being 2 km from the city has good and bad points. Good for the peace, the space, the easy access to the main road for trips out of town, but inconvenient for walking into Ajaccio. Car or taxi required. Parking and traffic in town are challenging! However, would stay there again. "

"This is a typical French aparthotel in Corsica, near Ajaccio. It has a nice location right in front of the sea, probably all apartments have sea views. There is no beach directly in front of the hotel, the tiny beach with 4 umbrellas is about 7 minutes walk . Surprisingly, it was not crowded most of the time. There are several more nice beaches by the road to Sanguinaries islands within a short drive or longer walk. Note, than final cleaning (35 EUR in my case), towels (10 euros per set of towels) and tourist tax (1 Eur pp.pn.) are not included in price. Also they have a paid parking garage, but it is also possible to park free of charge in front of the hotel or across the street. Free Wi-fi is available, but you must get your personalized login and password from the reception. As usual in France, many things that would be nice to have are missing. They offer a dishwasher, but no dish-washing tablets or detergent, no kitchen towels, no salt, pepper or species, you receive 2 rolls of toilet paper upon check-in, and the rest you are supposed to buy on your own. No cleaning during the stay. Check-in and check-out times may be not very convenient for some people as well (4.p.m. and 10 a.m. accordingly). Our apartment was quite big, but many things have been made awkward, for example, door to terrace couldn't be fully opened, because it stuck against kitchen furniture; the door to bedroom, on the other hand, couldn't be fully closed, because it stuck against bed (unless you put a bed directly by the wall - which again, makes it uncomfortable). "We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Even though the room given was small, the cleanliness and comfort of the room made up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing us with directions to the nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel is approximately 10-15mins away from the Ajaccio airport."
