Best hotel in town”
The hotel location is in Bukit Bintang, near to many famous eatery (4 mins walk to Jalan Alor). I can even see Jalan Alor from my hotel room. Parking is provide and plenty of them. Interior and exterior of hotel is pretty, feels like I am in a modern art exhibition. Room is clean and trendy. Don’t expect the room is spacious, it is compact but IT IS REALLY OK! Everything in the room can be controlled with the provided iPad and even the brightness of the light. Much appreciated is the alarm clock can be set using the iPad and wake up call will be displayed on the TV. Just 1 downside, there is no tea and coffee service provided in the room. But they are able to provide the kettle for free. The restaurant food is priced reasonably. A cup of Americans is RM10 (similar to cafe price). Breakfast buffet is at RM35/pax for staying guest. Something special is their room card which after you checked out can be taken home as a luggage tag. And if you were to visit this hotel or their branch in other countries, you may use back the same card! Lastly, their service is superb! You definitely will love the hospitality from their ambassadors.

Lovely hotel - super clean and staff are friendly ”
Stayed here during the pandemic and it is amazing to see the hotel taking cleanliness so seriously! Everything is super clean and santised regularly and there is hand santiser for use everywhere. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are cool and operated by an tablet. Really nice rooms designed well so you feel like you have loads of space. Beds are honestly one of the best beds I have stayed in and the blinds make the room completely dark so you could sleep anytime of day or night. Would highly recommend!

Love this hotel very much...the design on its own, everything suit us and glad that we found citizenM. 1) Location is superb...everything is near..less congested but still city centre. 2) Room..100% amazing..kids love it very much..with modern tech so on..they just wanna stay in the room 3) Breakfast is very nice with that kind of ambience, homy-like feel... 4) Can stay at the lobby for hours.. 5) Staff..no need to say..very friendly helpful always smiling and greets u..and they even allow us to check in early..we arrived two hours early and just to drop our luggage but the lady staff said its ok u can just check in..ooo..thats what us need traveling with kids sometimes a bit chaos..so luggage done.. Overall we love the stay experience and would love to stay again ..

No idea where to start! from the very first step into the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the staff! In the room, everything was so clean and high technology! Enjoyed the ultra huge bed and simple breakfast! Love the concept and you get to keep the hotel card as it transform into a luggage tag and reusable when you stay with CitizenM hotel! It’s located very near many eateries which is just 5mins walk. Many bars located at the back of the hotel too! Can’t wait to visit the rest of CitizenM hotel!!!

The location is good with few minutes walk to changkat street and alor Street. Parking provided in the building itself very convenient for those with car. Overall great stay and experience! We really enjoyed our stay in Citizen M. The interior of the hotel is so instagramable and clean. We were very impressed! And we were so surprised that everything in the room are controlled by tab. Pro: nice sound proof, quiet room cant even hear any noise from air-cond. iPad controls everything, tv, air cond & etc. large bed really comfortable. Near to pavilion around 15 min walks. A lot of food stalls at jalan alor only 5 min walks away. With carpark for hotel quest. Cons: bad drainage system, bathroom water cannot flow away freely. Overall nice hotel.

The hotel equipped by high technology where the communication and room control is under a ipad. The condition of the room is very clean. For the location, the bus stop is in front of the building also walking distance to shopping centre, at night just walk to alor street night market. wonderful, for sure, we will comeback for next trip

One of the best hotel I have ever seen. Room is clean and modern designed. you can control your room lightning and temperature condition thru the ipad provided in the room. I was there on weekday and there are a lot of parking spaces inside the building. Walking distance to alor street. very convenience. love it.

I never write any comment before, but this time I stay citizen hotel I very surprised because the room will very very clean and good smells.. Especially the bed and pillow was super comfort.. The common spaces are wonderful - large & inviting & friendly and functional. From the open space, the comfortable bed, the attentive staff and the chill vibe, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. And I didn't even mention the great breakfast!! I wasn't familiar with Citizen M before this, I am now.

Location was convenient to food options, shopping malls. Lots of interesting places to walk to. Room was a unique experience. Great bed to sleep. Watching TV has NVR been so convenient. More Astro channels I would have preferred. Occasionally TV signal gets hard to detect but its just for a moment. WiFi connection is good. A very good Philips Iron is found in the ironing room. If I had known would have brought in some more clothes. Overall the hotel is an unforgettable interesting experience. I will definitely stay again especially for a staycation.

Staffs were very helpful, efficient, professional and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy. Room environment was great with MoodPad where everything can be controlled using the iPad provided. Room was well soundproofed. Had a cozy night and it is sure to revisit this hotel. Worth the price.

This hotel is perfect for everyone. Walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and Pavilion. Fuss-free check in, eye-catching interior, clean room has controls for everything too. Honestly could not find any flaw for this hotel. By far the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in. Hope they will keep it up!
