Best pillow EVER!”

One of the reason why I love Citadines Dpulze Hotel in Cyberjaya is their pillow. I keep coming to this hotel whenever I have work in Cyber/Putrajaya because of it. Their pillow is so fluffy and soft. I swear I love it so much.. I even look at the brand of the pillow. I wish I can buy it from outside. Unfortunately, the tag on the pillow is the hotel itself. :( :( ..

Honest, helpful and efficient staff ”

This is my second time staying at Citadines CyberJaya and I sure will stay there again. This time I wish to say a big thank you to the staff members on the morning and afternoon shifts on 13th Oct and the security. In that morning when I checked out I needed a receipt from the hotel but was told that I need to get it from AGODA. I appreciate highly the staff on the morning shift who helped me to get to Adoda's website etc. although I still not able to get the receipt. Because of this unexpected trouble and I was rushing to a meeting I left my handphone which is placed inside a small purse-like bag. The hotel staff was attendtive and very smart that they managed to contact a friend whom I called that morning for picking me up. After the meeting I went back to Citadines and I was given back my handphone with everythings intact. I greatly appreciated the staff members being helpful, friendly honest and efficient. I was overwhelmed with joy and was also rushing to catch my flight so I forgot to acknowledge their kindness with small gift. A big apology and a big thank you to the four members of sfaff on duty on 13th Oct. especially the two on the morning shift and the security person.

Good value layover option for KLIA”

Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya was chosen for a 2 night layover as all the KLIA hotel options were fully booked for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Located about a 20-30inutes drive from KLIA the hotel sits atop a small (3 level) shopping mall with a good supply of taxis during shopping hours. The two self contained apartments (studio and 1 BR) were well equipped with the more open plan studio suite preferred. The breakfasts were very basic and served on a small rooftop dining area. The shopping mall, which opens from 10AM to 10PM, offers numerous inexpensive dining options and includes a supermarket and liquor outlet. Best feature of the stay was the very helpful and courteous hotel staff..

Affordable hotel, great location adjoining shopping centre”

The best rooms are at 6th and 7th Floors where the view are great overlooking the Cyberjaya city centre. Furthermore, 7th Floor is where the swimming pool is located and the Gym as well Plus point include cutlery, microwave oven and a toaster. You can take away food from restaurants at the DPulze shopping centre and re-heat later them if you could not finish eating.

Convenient ”

This is my third time and definitely will stay here in the coming future. I have class in Cyberjaya , so I choose this hotel as it is very strategic. The hotel is connecting with Dpulze Mall. So, easier for me to find stuffs and food. The room is quite big .

Great rooms”

We stay at 2 bedroom apartment. Pros: spacioud room, adjacent to a mall, have pool but unlucky because of renovation for 1 week, comfy mattress. Cons: I cannot claim my parking ticket because of not having receipt and the mistake of the charge is not even my fault!Citadines should always check with Dpulze whether the parking tix machine is charging the right amount or not.

Citadines DPulze is an excellent apartment type hotel, occasionally the toilets are stuck but I believe these had been rectified, this our umpteen time at this hotel, and everything had usually been very good to excellent and continues to be even in this trip

Big Room, Small Price”

Very lucky to get the one-bedroom apartment for less than RM210. The entire space is very spacious, it's like a home away from home. The pool is always the best thing about Citadines D'Pulze. It's overlooking Cyberjaya and Putrajaya nearby. What a great view!

Great value, great location”

The room is simple, yet amazing. All the modern amenities are there included a kitchenette for those who wanna cook during the stay. I love the decor that feels quite chic. Not very keen on the breakfast, though, coz it's truly plain basic. Mee goreng, beehon goreng and koay teow goreng for the three days I stayed there is too under par. Nothing spectacular about them. But then again, one can always opt out and choose to have breakfast at D'pulze shopping mall instead coz this hotel is just attached to the mall. Parking is not free - gotta fork out RM5 per entry. The swimming pool located at the rooftop is truly something you shouldn't miss trying. Amazing view of Cyberjaya and beyond.

Never disappoint me”

No complains at all. I've always enjoyed my stay with Citadines in Cyberjaya. The wifi is perfect! So good and efficient to do work at anytime of the day with no disruption. Very convenient location and and many eateries around. Supermarket on the ground floor which make it more convenient for longer stay. Rooms are specious. Beds and pillow are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. In-room facilities are sufficient. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Best hotel in Cyberjaya”

We have a pleasant stay in Citadines DPulze except for we booked for 2 Bedroom Executives but we were given 2 connecting rooms maybe because the Hotel Management were doing renovation works on our booked room.

Everything was so great for us!”

The hotel made me feel like a home and safe. The staffs is so kind. Btw, the stuff in the hotel is perfect. Everything is complete including the kitchen stuff. You can cook there. Also it's easy to find food because the hotel is connected to Dpulze mall. Love the swimming pool and fitness centre too 😍 Easy to find grabcar too if you wanna go to another place. Recommended and surely would like to stay there again.

Perfect Hotel for a family with children!”

We stayed at their 2 bedroom apartment suite, it comes with a kitchen, able to make light cooking. If no mood to cook several restaurants are available downstairs as it is connected to DPulze Shopping Mall. We also loved the SABA Restaurant opposite the Hotel. We would always go back to eat their Mandi Lamb and BBQ Chicken! Worth to try out! We loved our stay here and will always stay here while visiting Malaysia.

VALUE FOR MONEY”

I love how strategic this hotel is . Everytime I have work in Cyberjaya or Putrajaya , I will stay here. But last stay , I got room at first floor + near lift . During evening . Start from 6PM until.. I don't know. maybe 8PM. I feel annoyed a bit because it is quite noisy out there. I think because of Celebrity Fitness have Zumba Class. So, if you want to relax n no distraction ,try to avoid room at first floor near lift.

Good Enough but Needs Improvement”

The location is great with mall just under the hotel and it is connected to the hotel. Easier to find the place to have dinner there with variety of food. Rooms was nice with good view overlooking towards Cyberjaya (4th floor). Rooftop, infinity pool and gymnasium very interesting. However, there are no kids pool there. The breakfast are very simple at the restaurant inside the mall. Choices are very limited.

Cyberjaya is a bit costly area and the hotels are expensive. As we booked our rooms online, we got good rates. We went to Cyberjaya to admit our son in Limkokwong university.First 3 days we stayed in room no. 723 and on 4th day in room no. 412. They call the rooms "Apartment-rooms". Rooms are well maintained and each room has amenities which a apartment should have. Our stay was comfortable and we will recommend our friends to stay in this hotel .

Great One-Stop-Shop Hotel”

If you're in Cyberjaya for business, then is definitely the place to stay. The rooms have everything you need--well-stocked kitchenette, storage space, private bathroom, bed, TV, small couch, and small desk area--and have a reliable daily housekeeping service and staff. Added to the extreme convenience of being situated adjacent to a small shopping mall that also has a grocery store and movie theater. Everything you need for an extended business stay is all conveniently located where you stay... what more could one ask for!?

Nice, pleasant hotel. Very good for business travellers. High speed wifi and good in-room facilities. Friendly and helpful staffs. Well located surrounded by many eateries. Quite central to many places in Cyberjaya. Will recommend and stay here again.

comfort and easy find”

First of all during check in time is quite late time but it depends on room availability. I just come from klia2 and transit to putrajaya and transfer by bus to cyberjaya. it easy way cause all public transportation is available almost at the time. Room condition also very good and best thing is swimming pool is on the roof top. nice view. I will come again maybe.
