I booked ahead to later upgrade to Suprima room, but was well worth it, probably the best view on the 4th level, with another room which would probably be of the same view of the beach and surrounding islands. We stayed 3 days and the staff were great to deal with! It's good to be among the action of Pantai Cenang and enjoy the views as well as easy enough to get around to the quieter parts of the island. The room was clean. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, cenang beach just behind the hotel, you can see the beach at the balcony. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner and shopping around cenang mall. More, the staff at this property are all great!

Super near to food and beach… Night time very happening area… chill out by the beach bar… We took e room facing the beach with balcony..we got level 2 , request for level e for a clearer view of beach.. The hotel is super near to Pantai Cenang, you can walk to the beach anytime as it is just next to the beach. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and you will never get starving. The service is very good and the hotel is very comfortable

Located right in the city centre, very near to underwater world, the beach and all the duty free stores. Room floors were a bit sticky but other than that very clean. Staff were very accommodating to my requests. Beds were big and comfy.

Great front desk staff. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel parking available and was extremely helpful due to constraint in external parking spots. Great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and shopping outlets.

Strategic location in pantai cenang ”
Hotel parking at Cenang Mall's parking; if you rent a car, check in first to get the room card, then use the room card to access the Cenang Mall's parking. Stayed here since 2020, and the cleanliness level has remained consistent, but the next day I experienced back pain. Excellent location in Pantai Cenang, directly across from the Cenang Mall. The partial sea view from the seaview room is block by tree. Consider adding a safety point by using your room card to access the lift. Remember to move your car from the Cenang Mall car park before checking out, as the car park requires a room card to enter and exit. Will return if the bed quality can be improved.
