Our Suite is fully furnished and are of hotel standard. it is located on the 22nd Floor and it is very close to Bus Terminal Amanjaya. It is well-equipped and suitable for business travelers, small families, and couple.

Basic Hotel amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, towels and toiletries are provided.

a. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Property. 9. Security Deposit a. Whenever Guests leave the Property, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed, or locked, to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. 2. Noise & the Neighbourhood b. Guests shall switch-off electronics such as lights, air conditioning, televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. Any cutlery used shall be cleaned and placed back to its original position. 1. Check-in & Check-out Arrangement 7. Illegal Activities Compliance with these Rules at the Property is compulsory. Failure to adhere to the below stated Rules may result in additional charges, forfeiture of security deposit or eviction. 6. Parking 4. Well-Beings b. For every access card lost during the Guest’s stay, RM 200 will be imposed or deducted from the Guest’s security deposit. House Rules a. Any activity which the Law of Malaysia deems illegal shall not be conducted at the Property. Any illegal activities will be reported to the relevant enforcement authority immediately. 5. Restrictions a. Guests are obligated to keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties especially during night time hours (e.g. 11 pm – 8 am), and upon arrival and departure. a. Guest who are driving must comply with the parking regulations set by the Property Management, i.e. one card, one entry. Duplicate entry will results in a fine of RM 200 by the Management. a. A refundable security deposit of RM 200 will be collected before check-in and will be refunded to the Guest upon check-out on the condition that no loss, damage or negligence was done to the Property. a. Any loss or damage to the Property during the Guests' stay must be remedied by the Guest or deducted from the Guests' security deposit. For every lost towel, RM 20 will be imposed or deducted from the Guest’s security deposit. 8. Limited Liabilities a. Check-in is after 3 pm; and Check-out is before 11 am 3. Losses & Damages a. The Property Management shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or negligence occurred during the Guests’ stay. b. No pet is allowed in the Property.

The place was clean and with 3 bedrooms, it was very very comfortable. The location is very strategic, quite near to most of the local attractions. The check in process was easy and smooth. It’d be great if they provide microwave but overall, definitely a good value for your money.

I have a best stay at here. Its worth enought. Easier way for check in and out. At strategic place where its nearby to restaurants and park. Only discomfort is bo washing machine, wife is too slow. Wherelse the rest was best. Hopefully will come again in future😍
