“Review of Stay”
I m supposed to check in 3 pm, i was at property almost 3.30 pm which was late 30 minutes from check in time, however the staff told me that they in the midst to clean up due to previous family was check out late due to they check in late night nd staff need an hour to clean up the property, i was suggested to go to pool first, and then i came at the property at 4.30 pm but the staff still clean up the property, i was check in almost at 5.15 pm. My daughter and i message and call the owner if my family can check in but no reply, not pickup the phone until we decided to go up by ourself to see either its already finish or not. Then, my daughter go upstairs to see and its already done but the owner do not return call or at least informed as they said they would do when we first arrived at 3.30pm. This is very unconvenience for me as i already have my plan throughout the day. When i enter the house, the owner already switch on the fan and aircond which is good. The bedsheet have unpleasant smell like the sheets are not change with the new one. This is crucial as it is about hygiene. But the facilities and the house condition is okay. Also we cannot access to the wifi given, it is not available on the wifi setting. I hope owner can really improve on their service.
