Beautiful beach resort”

beautiful beach resort only 2 hours drive from bangkok. great place to getaway for a few days from the craziness of bangkok. sea view room had floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of chao samran beach. bathroom had great rain-like shower. courtyard pool was beautiful and refreshing in the hot weather. breakfast was well-cooked with a vegetarian option. staff were friendly and smiled a lot. most staff do not speak english but the owner's sister is fluent and very helpful with information on chao samran and the nearby town phetburi.

Small but cosy boutique resort. ”

Guest room we stayed is quite large compared to other small resort. A Walking distant to seafood restuarants& 7/11. Nice decor. We requested for extra towel&blanket for kid and got charged extra 100baht. Not sure if other small report also charge for this. Breakfast started quite late 8am, everybody shown up at 8am so unable to get in. We were asked to wait at the room and they will call once become available, but no once call! When we back to the breakfast place, it was half empty. Obviously they forgot to call us. Usually No big deal, but we were in a hurry that day to leave. Not very impress with the service. The place,facilities is ok.

If you do not speak Thai you shouldn’t book this hotel, we arrived on the 5th of January for ten days , and found out that there was no staff who spoke or understood English. The room was nice and clean , but there were no sun beds on the outside. Only two chairs that were bolted to the deck outside the room , you could not move them into the shade. We noticed that there were Sunbeds standing around the pool , but when we asked if we could move them to our deck they did not understand the question. Since we were the only guest I could not understand why, one of the staff made a telephone call to an English speaking lady and handed me the phone so I could explain the matter,, after that it was ok to move them to our deck, mattresses were not available. Breakfast is served in the room on a tray and is very poor , no refills of coffee or juice for example are offered, the staff was not service minded at all. If we hadn´t prepaid the room we would have changed hotel after one night. There are other resorts nearby who offer better service and standard to lover price. We have stayed at different resort for the past 15 years in Thailand in the same price range with much better service and comfort. So if the intention is to get more western people to stay, they have to do there home work, the potential is there in buildings and location, But the rest to make me recommend it to others is not there.

No hotel signs showing at Soi, so we need to call and ask for direction from hotel receptionist. Good friendly service, fully-furnished room with beachy balcony.

I stayed in Pool View Twin Bed (101) on Dec 1, 2018. Service mind of this accommodation is outstanding. They responded all special request, that they can do. On the other hand, I don't appreciate about the water from shower runs slowly because I think it is necessary to shampoo my hair and soap my body after play in the sea.

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist of the hotel. The hotel is chic decorated. The swimming pool is good. However, there are not so many rooms available for guests. Amenities in the bathroom are very few. Toothbrush and toothpaste was not available even though it is necessary for guests. The breakfast is so small. There is no choice to pick up. At least the guests should have some choices such as ABF, boiled rice, soup, or others. No snack bar is available.

Needed to change room because of no hot water. Other room had it but had to wait long periods before hot water came out of the pipes. The TV was unplugged and not working, when working remote didn't work, also A/C remote didn't work. need to change both remotes. Some lights did not work in the room also. The room is nice looking but no quality control. Not for tourist who do not speak Thai. Staff only speak Thai with very little English.

Prachtig klein hotel”

Wij waren de enige gasten. Het was erg mooi ingericht. Het lag aan het strand. De omgeving was heel Thais. Het personeel was heel servicegericht. Het zwembad was heel mooi. Het was omringd met bomen met sterk geurende witte bloemen. Het strand was heel rustig. De capstone beelden waren leuk. Het ontbijt was prima. Iets verderop is een resort, waar je goed kunt eten. Fisherman.
