Hi, sorry for the late response. I truly enjoyed my stay and would like to share my feedback: What I Liked 1. Spacious and Clean Room – The room was very clean and large, which made me feel confident and comfortable allowing my 1‑year‑old baby to walk around safely. 2. Well-Equipped Facilities – Basic amenities such as an electric kettle, rubbish bags, dishwasher, and sufficient plates and cups for two guests were provided. 3. Beautiful View – The mountain view was stunning, especially with the fog during the rainy season. I really enjoyed the foggy scenery. 4. Convenient Location – The property is within walking distance to attractions like Kea Farm, Butterfly Farm, and Bee Farm, which was very convenient. 5. Nearby Mall – The mall had DIY, Domino’s, Old Town White Coffee, and a large supermarket, which was helpful for food and essentials, especially since it rained throughout my trip. 6. Entertainment for Kids – Indoor games in the mall and a small funfair opposite kept my baby entertained. 7. Responsive Host – The host replied quickly to my messages and provided all necessary assistance during my stay. 8. Stable Wi-Fi – Although the listing mentioned unstable Wi-Fi, I found the connection to be stable. I was able to stream Netflix without interruptions, so I think the host should highlight this as an advantage. 9. Since cameron is cold place, water heater for shower is really important and i always face issue with unstable water in cameron hotel whenever i stay out but here the water heater was very stable. We have manage to take hot shower when ever my family needed What I Didn’t Like 1. Traffic Jam – Heavy traffic during peak hours near Kea Farm, though this is unavoidable. 2. Food Options – Some small food shops nearby were average in taste, and the nasi kandar in the mall was not very good. This is beyond the host’s control. Suggestions for Improvement 1. Parking – Parking was chargeable. For longer stays like mine (5 days, 4 nights), the cost was about RM50 since I rarely took the car out. However, if guests exit frequently, the hourly charges would be much higher. It would be great if the host could arrange free parking for long-stay guests, as booking directly with the hotel usually includes free parking. 2. Housekeeping – The booking platform did not mention that daily housekeeping was not included. Towels were changed upon request, but it would be better if housekeeping services could be arranged when needed, especially for longer stays. 3. Television Size – Although a smart TV was provided, a slightly larger screen would enhance the viewing experience. Overall Impression Despite the minor inconveniences, my stay was truly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely book again in the future, especially if parking arrangements can be improved.
