A great stay!”
I had the best time being a beach bum here. Booked the villa and was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. The room was clean and had like a mini pool/tub at the side of the room on top of the bathtub in the bathroom. The beach was clean although not much activity it was great for me as I what I wanted was a nice quiet stay. The hotel buffet was a bit lacking I feel. The hotel staff mentioned that it was their first week reopening the breakfast buffet so I guess it’s understandable. Good foods but not a lot of options at the time. Location wise it was right in cenang which makes my trips to the cenang centre pretty easy. We just took grab and it only cost us about RM6 per way. Overal I’d give my stay 4/5 stars! Hope to come back and be a beach bum again.

Extremely nice hotel for staycation”
Checked in on the 24th of Feb 2022 and checked out on the 26th of February. Everything about the hotel was perfect. From SOPs to staff, to service.Had a lovely time here for a staycation with my family. It was my first time at Camar Resort. Everything was pleasant, checking-in was a breeze I would like to extend credit to the Duty Manager on that day, Mr Izzudin ( I'm not so sure the spelling) for his gracious attitude and warm hospitality and ayuni for being extremely nice and courteous and always willing to assist with any queries we might have. The overall vibes and service was outstanding. It was too hard to say goodbye to all the staff. The room we stayed had a private courtyard and direct access to pool overlooking a stunning view of the above skies. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable and my family really loved it.Love the surroundings at this pool area. Very calming and relaxing.Definitely will be back again for the next visit . 👍

Camar hd a very great location, for people who are looking for a quieter beach, go choose Camar. They provide great views even from the rooms. Breakfast by the beach is something we look forward to everyday during our 8days stay. We were served soooo friendly-ly by this staff named Aizuddin or Zainuddin I cant really recall the name, but this brother helped so much, he's very hostile! Location wise, you just need a few mins drive to Cenang, not a trouble at all! Food is everywhere so it's not hard to find along Camar. What would be great is that if Camar can provide more variance of food for bfast. They alternate the same food every 3 days. I enjoyed the american bfast more because i tend to get bored with local bfast 😬. But food is all good in general! Once again, thanks a lot Camar. Will come again!!

We stayed for 3 nights. Very nice resort, good location, spacious room, clean n comfy bed, private beach, friendly & helpful staffs❤️ *from main street the resort covered with bushes n look bit scary but dont worry, once u reached at d resort, ull b surprised with d hospitality n good scenery. *breakfast was delicious n varieties, i dont understand how come some reviewers said that the food wasnt variety enough n limited. For me it was more than enough for breakfast👍 *if u booked beach wing room, u need to walk for 2@3 min frm d reception area. This room near by d beach n breakfast area, n if im not mistaken it might slightly bigger than the room which is at d pool side,or maybe coz of the room arrangement🤔😅. *ok then dats it, overall it was a great stay n valueable, honest review but stil depends on the individual thoughts, as im not dat kind of fussy ppl. ✌️😊

Highly recommended place to stay, very affordable price with so many facilities, spacious room, private beach and last but never the least, the tranquility. The pool was awesome, clean and huge. The hotel is refurbished. Beach and pool is fantastic. Aircond is cold. Bathroom water pressure is a bit low but acceptable. Rooms are big. Private beach is clean and with security guard. Restaurant breakfast set is too expensive and closed during noon and night but only serve room services. If your got a car, drive out to eat better. Overall good. Will stay again

This is one of the best resorts I have stayed in Langkawi. It’s highly recommended to couples who are travelling to Langkawi. The design of the room is special and the room is hygienic. It already makes you feel at home when you entered the room overseeing the pool and cosy environment, they even provide sea salt at the bath tub to allow the guests to take a relaxing bath. Furthermore, the shower gel and shampoo smells so nice!

Camar resort is more than expected! Friggin hell the beach was just footsteps away. Ada path directly to beach. And very much of privacy,peace & quiet. The staff were so attentive. No malas2 here. The cleaners, security guards and receptionists were beyond helpful! Their work is exceptional. Shout out to Aizuddin for being extra tolerant towards all sorts of requests. They went out of their way to help guests, no matter what pangkat, they all did exactly the same tasks. Their service is SUPERB!

i've been stay for 3 night with my 2 moms.. ( senior citizen ) at 1st day. lift was suddenly down and under maintenance. Hotel Operation manager take initiative transfer us to another rooms which is much bigger than current we stay without any extra charges due to i have bring 2 senior citizen and difficulties to using stairs which is our room is at level 2.. if have 10 star.. i will give the hotel 10 star😊 Excellent service from hotel staffs, awesome rooms, Good breakfast and of course nice surrounding & environment. absolutely will stay here for the next trip!! Fantastic staff. Cheery, friendly and very helpful. Room was very spacious with very comfortable roomy bed. Slippers and robe supplied. Large bathroom area with roomy shower area. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Mini bar in room was topped up with 4 drinks and crisps each day. Also had filtered water tap,kettle,teas and coffee. Breakfast was a combination of a la carte and buffet. Huge selection to suit all tastes. Gym and spa on site. Large Swimming pool with swim up bar. Sandy beach front location Pool/beach towels supplied and jugs of iced water brought to you at beach area. Everywhere kept clean and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Best resort in Pantai Tengah Langkawi”
1. Hotel: Rooms were amazing, one pair took the pool wing room and the other took beach wing room. Both were amazing. The beach wing is closer to beach but the pool wing is just three minutes walk to beach as well. The swimming pool is amazing too. A lot of greenery in the resort landscape. 2. Location: Nice quiet location which is closer to Pantai Cenang compared to the resorts in Pantai Kok 3. Breakfast: 10/10, flawless service and great food. Trust me take the package with the breakfast. It's really worth it

A resort full of luxury”
Came here with my family and partner, 4 adults. The pool bar is awesome, the beach is clean, and the staff is incredible. It isn't in the main town area but only about a 7 minute taxi from the main strip. Walking distance from a few popular bars. Staff is EXCELLENT, especially considering they were understaffed. Breakfast is alright, but I may be expecting too much when it comes to food! Definitely better than other breakfasts on the island!

Excellent for the price”
The pricing of this resort was excellent for what we got. Friendly and helpful staff that work extremely long double shifts due to shortages of workers. Excellent pool with bar inside for a few hours in the evening. Very clean and beautiful beach for few resorts along the stretch. Walking distance from a few fun bars. Not very close to town but only a 5-7 minute Grab ride away. Really nice smelling soaps in the room as well. Breakfast wasn't too bad, could do with some more things for the price but it was a lot better than the other resorts we saw.

Worth it!”
Love the direct access to pool from our room, so easy to get in and out of the pool. Cosy room though it might take some time to get used to the bed being in the middle of the room. Bed is comfy and fluffy, felt like sleeping on cloud. In addition to standard hotel amenities, there is also 3M filtered water that we can drink straight off from the tap in the room, a feature that is rare in Malaysia and I hope more hotels will adopt this environmental friendly and convenient way of serving water to guests.

Have stayed in room with pool view. From second floor we can hear and see cenang beach. Room is modern and have good concept for furniture, overseeing the pool and see. Staff is good and helpful. It had quite an option for vegetarian for breakfast.

Loved my both stays there, great reception when i arrived, I chose this hotel because I didn't want to be on Cenang -- and liked Pantai Tengah's beach better. If you would like to get to Cenang -- a quick drive is good enough, and there are many shops out of the hotel's compound anyway for you to walk within the 1km radius.

Awesome pool access rooms with superb service”
Took 3 rooms and 1 suite with direct pool access for 3 nights. The room cleanliness, facilities, amenities and service were excellent and above our expectation. Definitely would come back in future.
