First impression quite bad”
First of all, when i was booking the room, Agoda didnt mention that the resort will charge per pax instead of per room as advertise in Agoda apps.. so i need to top up for kids and my spouse which is quite expensive, adults for rm134 and 2 children for rm194. Arrived at resort we are welcome by two very kind of receptionist but their supervisor is kinda grumpy.. they need to be more attentive to customer... because i did question a lot about the payment and room.. i pay rm539 for standard room.. in agoda apps rm509 will be a Quad room. The resort is very deep inside the jungle and the offroad is quite steep, glad that i use 4x4.. the welcoming of resort is very attractive with its mother nature sound, bugs and fresh air. Then we proceed to have afternoon tea.. the food is very2 sufficent.. perhaps they could do the meals more attractive and adds more quantity.. after we cx in the room we proceed to waterpark.. walking distance from engkabang room is very superbview then arrived.. it was magnificent view of hidden waterpark.. then it change my perception of this resort.. after that we had a served dinner... the food is very good and a lot.. then all the negative first impression change.. it was awesome... sleeping in a very comfy bed we wake up and had a superb served breakfast.. at that time.. my thought is that.. it is very valueable for money because we had a very good time eventhou we didnt have too much of activities due to small and baby children.. after cx out.. we had a very delicious lunch... with no internet line except at lobby.. we feel very stress release at the tropical rainforest.. it was very suitable to whom want to have a good relaxing and stress releived.... perhaps the first impression of our arrival the and the booking problems i ecounter.. should i say the place is such paradise for busy people.. awesome and Great place with superb foods.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Simple resort rooms with just the bare necessities, but the awesome staffs, nice water park, plenty of things to do was enough to keep up occupied. Suggest to take the complete meal package as there are no restaurant nearby except for the resort owned ones. Food was a plenty and good. Ask for the mahogany rooms.

Happy with my 4Days 3Nights stay here during weekdays off school season. Staff all very friendly, food not an issue for my taste, room spacious and clean. Enjoyed the quietness and the nature sounds.

On the return trip, the car punctured suddenly, and We notified the hotel. Fortunately, hotel staff immediately sent to assist. Finally i can catch the plane. Say thank you here. To be honest, our resort in Sarawak that cannot be too high compared to West Malaysia. My family came to stay one night on Christmas day and felt very enjoyable. We took the Half full package, including dinner and breakfast. We all enough to eat. My child are so happy to go out to Lake using a boat to feed the fishes . The swimming pool has a nice place to play, and the rooms have been refurbished. So the summary is a good place to stay , relax for one night.

Just perfect, location into the heart of rainforest, you can see Orang Utan from the lounge sometimes. Food is great, activities are excellent, very good guides. A must do, even though the price is quiet tough. Excellent experience.

Best Getaway near Miri ”
Good natural air, well maintained water park, and surprisingly good quality food that is even better than most hotels in the city. Truly a pleasant stay. Even the staffs take extra effort to remember each guests and provide friendly service.

Clean and comfortable room. But the blankets a little bit smelly. Might be due to humid environment. A little bit disappointed with the buffet as the food finish early and need request for top-up. Recommended to choose ala carte food. The rainforest environment is great for those who want to escape from the busy city environment. Last but not least, the phone signal quite weak unless if you don't mind to be "offline" for a while. 😁

Facilities in chalet (bathroom) can be further improved. Chalet condition is good, well taken care of. Water park is great but the facilities especially for kids can be further improved (rusty equipments). Food was great, quantity and quality is awesome. Coffee served in the teapot is very thick (awesome!!). Overall 2 nights stay was great. Enjoyed the park tour. However overall facilities (fish pond, boat, animal farm, etc) which are good attractions are less taken care, can be improved here. Teambuilding facilities (obstacles and low rope) are great but need more staff to take care of safety.

Very very spacious room for three of us, clean room and complete with pantry, tv, sofa bed, and 3 fresh beds. I love the room and staffs was super friendly and helpful. The facilities esp water park are old, be careful, but we still had fun in the water park and pool

unit-Meranti:full board. pls do something or upgrade the bathroom & toilet. Esp the toilet room. annoying wooden door and u hv to squeeze yourself before the door is able to be closed. pls fix the little sink and the flooring. the bathroom sink needs fixing. you need to add a mirror in the bathroom and a ledge to place your amenities on.
