Be aware of noise, otherwise amazing”

Room is modern, clean and the bed is veeeery comfortable! They truly clean it every day as the same was always gone by the time we come back :D It is literally at the beach, which is good and bad. Location is great but even with the tick windows one can still hear a lot of noise, specially in the evening (the hotel is right next to Koh Tao biggest night bar - Fishball, which goes on until well past 2am) We were partying at the bar the first night so loved it. But the second night we tried an early night due to a 6am ferry and it was hard to sleep, the noise woke me up a few times. No restaurant or anything like that at the hotel, but there is a staff at reception 24h and plenty of restaurant options very close by.

This place was amazing! Immaculate clean, cool design, perfect AC. Our friend Joe was the coolest guy ever, he was very helpful and he always was with pretty good energy, very enthusiastic hardworking kid. The only weird thing of this hotel was one lady working there, she was very intense asking me about some make up spots on the I think she shouldn’t be a part of that amazing team, she does not fit there for sure. That was the craziest question I have ever had for sure! Apart from that I would recommended blue tao if you look for a good location and very clean place to stay! :)

Perfect spot in the middle of best beach on the west end of Koh Tao. ”

Brand new, minimalistic and modern. You gonna love the hammock bed terrace when on the ground floor. A lot of nice bars & cafe nearby (Mata for sunset, cafe cultura for beach breakfast or coffee factory for best coco cold brew and gold lattes ever) and 7/11 around the corner. All you need to indulge in best of Koh Tao. Friendly stuff, pier transfer included. Better english on premises could help though

Great location!”

Location of this hotel is perfect - literally on Sairee Beach and also right in the town. Within walking distance of all restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful for planning day trips and travel around the island. Rooms were clean and basic - very comfy bed. Stayed in both a city view room and sea view - definitely choose the sea view if you can, it's worth it! No breakfast available but several restaurants serving breakfast nearby.

Wowh! Perfect stay!”

This New place is one of just a few RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It is brandnew and therefore the rooms, the beds, the furniture, the TV, the wonderful Terrasse to the beach, the highquality windows (noise blocking against nightlife or waves) is PERFECT. We stayed in the first month and got a great deal because they are just starting. But even at higher prices we will come back. Thank you for this most wonderful stay. Book a room towards the beach, sunset! Amazing!

Great Location for places to eat, drink, and walk to the beach”

We booked the hotel since it was much closer than our previous hotel to all the places to eat and drink than our last hotel. It is a new hotel that is right on the beach. The rooms had fabulous sheets. Everything was clean and new. The wifi was good. They provide you with ear plugs since Ban's/Fish Bowl is next door and is loud until 2 AM. It was perfect for what we needed. Don't need to rent a scooter from here you can walk next door and rent them instead of going far away for a high price. We will probably stay here next year as well. It is right by our favorite massage place and restaurant (Whitening.)

We'd booked ocean view rooms which have extra nest to see the beach or take a picture. The room is clean and comfy. The staffs are nice. The location is at Sairee beach which is very convenience and close to lots of cafe.

Beautiful resort in Sairee”

My wife and I spent 2 nights here and had a great time The hotel is absolute beachfront with a ladder heading to the beach from your room. The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable, all the staff were excellent and ‘Lucky’, the friendly 3-legged dog that hangs out near the lobby was great company as well. The hotel is in a very central spot and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. We had a great time here and we are already looking forward to coming back

Super clean and new hotel. Great bed, aircon, etc. super clean. Def must is dearie was others face the street. Close to noisy bars. Pretty much sound approved but not 100% quiet. We would come back.

Value for money, great location, right in the middle of Sairee beach, walkable to many night spots and town but prepare to hear a lot of drunk people screaming (happily?) at night.

Good location, small room, lot of noise”

The hotelroom was clean and nice, it is quite small. The location is perfect in the middle of the strip of Koh Tao, on the sea. But that is direct a big disadvantage, every evening there is a lot of noise from people, food trucks and the bars... We didn't slept well. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Besides the receptions there are not many facilities in the hotel (no breakfest, bar of restaurant).

Perfect location ”

Right on the beach with an amazing view. The rooms are nice, comfy bed. Close to many good restaurants and beach bars. The staff are AMAZING. So helpful and nice and welcoming. I had a perfect stay here.

Best Beachfront Hotel in Koh Tao”

Most amazing sunset view with the beach right at your backdoor. Amazing staff, wonderful service, and very friendly. Location is prime. A bit loud at night from the nearby beach bars but they provide ear plugs. Would definitely come back!

Perfect location”

The hotel is in a perfect location with many beach restaurants and bars to chill and relax at night. A lot of activities such as paddle board. Hotel is new and very clean. No breakfast.

Super good location”

Location is awesome and just in front of beach. also easy to go out for eating and drinking from this hotel. Receptionists are very frendly and kind. I stay at a room on 2nd floor, but there were not a balcony. If you need the balcony, you should book a room on grand floor.

Get the Seaview room for best sunset view”

A small hotel with great rooms and friendly staff. I booked a city view room but after one night changed to the Sea view room because the sunset view is incredible and totally worth it. Nest and Jo from reception were really friendly and accommodating. I arrived early due to boat schedule change and they checked for available room and let me in before standard check in time. The housekeepers also greeted me with smiles daily. I would definitely come back again.
