“Unexpected Little Gem of A Budget Hotel”
I was in search of a hotel to stay in while looking after a relative in Sunway Medical Center when I 'accidentally' booked this hotel. It's not walking distance to SMC and took a Grab ride of about 15 minutes. But I ended up staying 3 nights because it was so easy for me to find laundromats, marts like KK Mart and Mr DIY, eateries (Chinese, Malay and Indian food). Grab was easy to get as it was a high traffic areas. I would have been stressed if I got a quiet area which Grab cars don't frequent. The room I got had a queen bed (very comfy), flat screen TV (limited channels though), table with eke truc jug, hair dryer, two mugs with drink sachets and two bottles of MOMA mineral water. There was no closet so I hung my clothes up on a wall rack (which had two hangers). The bathroom was clean and had basic facilities... shower head was fixed on the wall next to bathroom sink. The hotel provided two fluffy white bath towels and one towel for the floor. I didn't use the floor rug as the floor would be wet everytime I took a shower. I suppose I could have placed the towel outside the bathroom. don't know why I didnt. The hot water supply was good (always a deal breaker for me). Air-conditioning worked fine. I had good night's sleep at the hotel. There was a hot and cold water dispenser in front of the lift at my level. I used this a lot. The staff were very helpful. Cheerful guys. I felt safe here, as a woman on my own. I'm not sure if I could have asked for daily cleaning of my room but there was none. I preferred this anyway. It's definitely a hotel I'd book again if I ever needed to stay in the area.
