    Awesome, comfortable and enjoyable stay at Swing and Pillow SS 15. Clean room, clean toilet, clean bedsheets, no bad smell, no bed bugs, total privacy. This hotel will meet your basic needs at an affordable rate that will put smile 😊 on your face. Shopping malls, food court, convenient stores, clinics walking distance away. There is also a food haven that will cater to foodies just 7 mins walk behind the hotel. Check Google maps for directions. Excellent location. No regrets. Highly recommended. Simply awesome.👍

    “Exceptional”

    I like my stay here with family. The room is clean, not too spacious but just right for 4 adults. The bathroom is clean. However, no drinking water as claimed in the advertisement. Also, I suggest to provide hanger for guest use since it's hard to find spot to hang the towel, clothes and so on. The staffs are friendly and ready to assist us very well. The parking space is okay during the day but quite limited at night since nearby restaurant use the space for their business so we have to park car quite far. Worth the experience. Might repeat here if I ever come again.

    “Value for money, with minor improvements”

    For what we paid, we can't complain in that the bed was clean and firm, the floors and towels were clean. Floor mat was not clean, but was immediately changed for us when we told the receptionist en. Chairil. Later in the night though, there was a strange ringing of bell that woke me up -- seems the night receptionist was waving a wand with a bell tied to it to play with a kitten in the front lobby. Had to ask twice before he stopped jingling the bell. Other than that, it was a good night's sleep, with several eateries nearby.

    “Very good”

    I stayed in a king room for RM80 per night. When I enter the room, it was completely different from what I saw in Agoda and I'm really disappointed. The room and furniture is really old. The room is not really clean and the mattress also sink, making my waist sore when I wake up in the morning. If u all want a budget room or short stay, then its ok but if want a clean and comfortable stay, its not recommended. However, the receptionist is really polite

    “Clean cozy room”

    Booked a room. Good lighting with clean bedsheets and comforter. Expecting a room facing window but it was not given. Feedback is it can noisy at late night due thin partition walls in rooms. Self checked out is required before 8 am plus. But, staff did good job on a Whatapps follow up to obtain the room deposit
