SUCH a good deal and such a lovely room”
It was one of the cheaper options we were looking at that I was shocked with how clean, friendly, and lovely the stay was. The location is killer and the beach right in front of the resort is phenomenal (few rocks, excellent swimming). The staff was great, the room was great, and the location is tough to beat. Would heartily recommend to anyone coming to Lipe!

We really enjoyed our stay. We got free upgrade. Our room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good with enough option and with some extra like cheese and olives. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will come again.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Pattaya beach is calm and has some great snorkelling spots. We were given water everyday and could get our room cleaned as often as we wanted. The breakfast was good and filling and some of the dishes changed each day. A nice hotel just slightly on the pricey side for us but thoroughly enjoyable.

Bella Vista is located on the main beach, so once you get off the speedboat, it is just a 5-10 min walk depending on which service you take. The walking street isn't too far from here too, which has things like restaurants, shops, etc. There is always something different at breakfast which is nice. The team here cleans the room super fast so that was always nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean, 2 mins walk to the beach as it is located just in front of the hotel dining area. The sea view from the hotel dining area is so beautiful. Very recommend to those who have vacation to Koh Lipe

Beachfront accommodation with beachside beds, but the room itself is located in a lane next to the reception. Breakfast is good with a complete selection. The beach in front of the accommodation has a lot of sea urchins and sea flowers.

Great location, right by the beach. No luggage service from the pier, but not too far to walk. Breakfast was decent, air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure was okay. Room was well-equipped, but had a slight odor. Overall, good value for the price.

Don't need much when you have the beauties surrounding you as they do on this island. Rooms look relatively new, are clean and staff are here to help. Not many due to not being as busy so they close early however a ton of other places around to go. Short walk to walking street but far enough for quite enjoyed being away.

Spacious room, clean and comfy bed. Greet by nice staffs during checked in and out.Served with welcome drink and fruits once you have checked in.. complimentary drinks and snacks available in the room. Nice breakfast menu. Beautiful view can be seen through the window. I really enjoyed my stay there. Sure will come again for next vacation.

Great location, quiet side of Pattaya beach”
I stayed at this place for 5 nights. The hotel located on the quiet side of Pattaya beach. The beach was quiet most of the time. The room has everything you need. The breakfast choice was ok. We had dinner at hotel’s restaurant once and it’s great and even cheaper than most restaurants in walking street. The walking street is about 300-500 meters away so totally ok to walk. If I come back to Lipe again, I’d stay at this hotel.

I visited Koh Lipe end of July, during low season, and stayed in Bella Vista Beach Resort for 5 nights. It is located at Pattaya Beach. The resort has a restaurant that serves Western and Thai food (pork free), beer and other non alcoholic beverages. Service can be pretty slow, but the food is quite delicious. Opening hours: 8am - 7pm. I stayed in the room-type accommodation instead of the bungalow as I do not need refrigerator or TV. The room is pretty basic, a bed, table, chairs, showers, kettle and instant coffee. My room is cleaned daily, bed linens are changed daily too. The rooms has its own bathroom and AC! I love the AC! It is always cold. And no mosquitoes in the room! The only thing is the shower's hot water is always in cranky mood. But I don't need hot water as the weather is already very hot. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Hotel has sunbeds and umbrellas. During low season, there are no boats docking so it was really nice and quiet. Walking Street is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. But when you walk on the beautiful beach, it seems pretty near. There are many dogs at the hotel (as are all other places in this island). The staffs are amazing. The little lady at the reception and the waitress are always friendly and polite. They all speak basic English, so no worry on that. Overall, it is a really nice and comfortable stay.

It was an excellent stay! Booked a standard room for a night but we were instead upgraded to a bungalow. Located right in front of the pattaya beach, takes a walking distance of approximately 40 seconds walk to the beach although our room was located at the end. The staffs on the other hand especially the luggage boys (?) were really friendly, they would greet us and wave a hi whenever we were in their sights. Not to mention, the hotel provided us sincere and friendly taxi drivers too, as compared to the ones on the street which were all very money-minded. The taxi drivers brought us to a beautiful stop at the sunrise beach, no short-cuts or laziness but just plain sincerity. The hotel is also located 3-4 minutes walking distance away from the Walking Street. The only downside of this hotel is perhaps the inconsistent water heater. Other than that, everything is perfectly great! Definitely value for money. Would love to stay at BV in the future if I ever visit Koh Lipe again :)

Bella Vista Strongly Recommended!”
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with young children and we very much enjoyed it. The front desk lady was very very friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a room that was closer to the beach. When we first walked into the room, we were amazed by the new facilities. Rooms were newly renovated and everything was satisfactory. I am sensitive to mold but couldn't smell anything from the air conditioner. We did not expect such facility for the money we paid. It was absolutely worth it. My wife liked that the hotel was located in Pattaya beach. We've been to all three beaches and Pattaya was the best for families with young children. The sand is so soft that it almost feels like mud and it has many trees along the shore line so that you can place a mat underneath a tree and get an escape from the heat. Sunrise beach is beautiful but not enough trees and the sand doesn't feel as soft. Sunset beach is unrecommended. Water is muddy and too much rocks underwater. Everything was great except that it took about 10 minutes to get to the Walking street for food. Having 2 little kids(1 & 3 years old) it wasn't easy because they kept getting distracted by things on the beach and things that were happening in the beach. If you don't care about walking and you want a less crowded area in the Pattaya beach, this hotel is the one. Strongly recommended. p.s Two things I didn't ask. 1) They had a small car parked in front of the hotel. I don't know if they offer a pickup service for people who arrive at sunrise beach (during low seasons, speedboats arrive at sunrise beach so you need a ride - either a taxi or a hotel pickup. Check with the hotel if you are traveling during low season. 2) They had snorkeling equipments at the front desk. I don't know if they let their customers use it free of charge. Ask before you rent one from the shop.

Good location, but that's it”
The hotel is located in the right part of the Pattaya beach, and it's the highlight of the hotel. We had a standard room, which is very specious, but all the space isn't used smartly. What I mean is basically in the room you have a bed, a table and two nightstands. And an air con. I guess, nobody cleaned the bathroom facilities for a long time, because there was some kind of mold and scurf on the metal surfaces. If Bella vista has a renovation, it may be a top notch resort. But so far it's a very sad picture. But: Staff is helpful and friendly mostly Breakfast is good enough And, what is most important: on Koh Lipe you can camping in the ditch and you will still be happy to live for some time on that paradise Island What I mean is: if not for the island itself, I would be very disappointed with the hotel
