“about the service and commitment”
BAD SERVICE, BAD ENVIRONMENT,BAD BANGLA SMELL, BAD FACELITIES.,TOILE BUTTON SPOILT,NO TV..... we order inside agoda and already required about the requirement we want to,when we reach upon infront counter at night ,the service counter girl tell us nicely about there were no smoking room and Tvas what we had requested to,at the end we still accepted and proceed to the room cos already late and tired of. once we open the door room ,what we unable to accept is the smell of rohinya/bangladesh smell is damn terrible,becos of we had bring our magic perfume and just a little spray lastly make the room become very smell good.we accept we are smoker,but late night we stillstill get one to two stick beside thier open window inside the the toilet. in the morning,we clear and clean everything,and while we check out ,the customer service is very bad(pakistan),his attitude really like want to find out what we had done, we already knew and also help them clean the smell also all the rubbish,but only the rubbish that we didnt clear and throw,at the end,the pakistan still penalty us 50 ringgit becos of got one ciggarrate box inside the rubbish bin. and the face of the pakistan also feel like very proud that what he had found. so,i would not come back to this black hotel again,and only will come to this hotel to do (operation). so for me and all the customer,ihad spend near rm110 at this rubbish hotel,you only pay 60@ first,lastly still need to pay another 50 to them to do cleanning service. No Worth.....
