Great beach, Good breakfast”
We would 100% stay here again. Pro's: •It's located on Sunset beach with a nice resraurant to have drinks with a view. This beach is great for chilling & snorkelling throughout the day • Lovely breakfast with an awesome ocean view every morning. Eggs bacon, toast, jam, mixed fruits, yogurt, muesli etc. •Very friendly & helpful manager who reccommended great activities to do privately or to join groups. • We had a garden view room which was fine, but some of the rooms also have beautiful ocean views Cons: •The location is probably a bit less than ideal as it's about a 10minute walk to walking street where you'll likely eat & hang out at night. The island is so small though so it's no big deal, & this resort offers half price tuktuk taxi rides anywhere anyway. • The rooms are not massive & a bit dark, plus the pathways between facilities are made up of seasand, so don't expect 5* cleanliness but it all adds to the 'small island beachside vibe in my opinion so no problem.

We can highly recommend staying at this hotel. They are wonderful people, and we had such a wonderful time together. The Hosts do anything to make life as comfortable as possible. The best is the breakfast in the morning directly at the beach. We enjoyed every minute at this hotel, and it was a good decision to go there. The most amazing experience was when the owner purchased for us serials in Satun and brought them back to the Hotel.

Super quiet location overlooking Sunset Beach. Bungalows built in low-impact sustainable materials. Lovely friendly staff. If you are looking for a bungalow built and run in the old school way, look no further. Everywhere is within walking distance or motorbike taxi on Koh Lipe, so this quiet little corner of the island is just perfect. 100% recommend.

I give this review reluctantly - not because it doesn't deserve an amazing review (as it most certainly does), but because this place is a little secret gem which I don't want everyone to know about. It is located at the quiet and nicest part of the beach in Koh Lipe. Food is great and well priced. The staff are fabulous and you will find yourself in the beautiful little pocket of paradise. We were there for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. The staff clean the room every day and do a fabulous job. It's a short walk to the other beaches and bars (5-10 mins) and its a lovely little walk, or you can get a motorbike/sidecar taxi which is super cheap ($2.50) but we prefered to walk it. I will recommend two things with people going to Koh Lipe (this is the whole island, not this resort) - 1. Take your own booze - drinks are expensive, but that's not the problem - it's that they are just not very strong. 2. Take chocolate - so hard to find there and $$$. Enjoy paradise!

Perfect”
Our booked room needed some repairs so they upgraded us and offered us free breakfast! Then moved us into our booked room the next day. Both rooms we stayed in were great. The view from the Seaview room was breathtaking. We just sat and looked out for ages at the beautiful scene. Breakfast was also great and right on the beach. Beach access was easy and you can hire snorkels or kayaks from the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful everywhere. I can’t think of anything I would change, I only wish I had time to stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet beach, location, Thai food litterally on the beach sand, the hill nested bungalows and specially the staff. Lucas went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and joyful. We highly recommend this place.

This is definitely a great location, quiet, secluded yet just a 10 minute walk to the walking street. They also have tuk Tuk’s for a small small charge if you don’t feel like walking. Cozy bungalows, but well appointed. Beautiful beach where you can snorkel, get a massage or just relax. The restaurant has excellent food. Be sure to try the mojito happy hour!

Incredible resort on the quiet side of Lipe with excellent rooms and service. Amazing beach bar perfect for sunset cocktails. It’s real crown jewel however is the restaurant - the food is to die for and the best we had on Lipe. Highly recommend!

The resort is located in more quiet area of Lipe. Having said that, the whole island is walkable though. We enjoyed staying there. The beach is quiet and clean with few fisherman boats. The room was cleaned every day. Food is good for its price. Nothing to complain actually.

Cottage with Cliff view”
Bayview is on Sunset beach,among forest. Cottage is made of wood with good satellite TV signal , A/C & Small refrigerator. Breakfast area is on the sunset beach,need to climb down from reception. Breakfast has toasts,eggs,friuts & congee. CON: a little far from walking street.After sunset,should not walk out of the resort ,as it' s dark and some stray dogs.Need to rent motorbike taxi to go out.

The staff were very friendly. I would say they have service mind which I strongly recommend friend to stay here including come back here again. The room was ok. Something need to be fixed but not a big deal for us. The sea view is fabulous, quiet, peaceful. No more than 5 mins walk to walking street and community for food and beverage. It was fine for us with a 6 years old child to walk before meal and after meal also walking to sunrise beach and Pattaya beach.
