Baandin, a very good place to stay in Phetchaburi”

We had a pleasant stay at Baandin Resort. We brought along one more person than we had planned on, and upgrading to a larger room was very easily done. Everything was in order other than a light bulb needing replacing, and it was immediately taken care of by the staff. I like that it is not a typical place with rooms all looking the same. The website may give the impression that the rooms are not so nice, because they are all different. But our room was very clean and new feeling, nicely appointed and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. On weekends, Baandin has a special cultural show, but we missed that because we were there on weekdays. The dining room serves only dinners, I think, but the dinner was excellent and affordable. It was easy to find food shops in town, and the distance was just a few minutes. I thought Baandin would take longer to get to from town, but it is really not far at all. A 7-11 is just down the road as well.

Pacefull place”

it is located outside the town, anyway probably You already need a car to visit Phetchaburi province, so the location probably it is so important. You have to love animals since it is in a rural area and You will have many chickens, dogs, rabbits around You. Staff was very nice and I enjoyed my staying there.

Absolutely amazing”

The staff was the best I have ever seen. The owner's wife took us to the local thai massage and didn't charge a thing. Also took us to the city centre so we didn't have to take a taxi, helped to rent a bike. The owner himself invited us to sit with him and his friends at the dinner table and sang karaoke. Next day offered us to take to the night market and showed the town, also took us to have beers at his friend place and later took us to the train station (it was late at night). (And again- didn't take the money). The surroundings in the resort was very relaxing. We were living in a bamboo house and there were no ants or mosquitoes. I couldn't say a single bad thing about that place and would definitely come back :)

Great People, great Service, but lots of bugs”

We stayed there for 2 nights in the bamboo hut. Great little room. There are only 2 issues. There were alot of ants in the room. Like alot. We got bitten a few times. Also it is a bit of a distance from petchaburi and the tuk tuks charged a lot of money. The people there were amazing. So friendly and nice. We had karaoke and great food. Like the food was so good. They brought the rice out in shapes of hearts.

Lovely hotel, little english and not central”

The hotel was basic but well kept and friendly. However, it is predominantly for Thai people which means only the manager speaks English. This was not a problem though as he arranged a taxi to take us around for the day, costing only 1000BHT for a whole day it is reasonable, especially when split between multiple people.

Great People. Great Price, Lots of Ants”

We stayed in the bamboo hut. I would advise getting a different room, since ours was full of ants. Other than that it was a great time. the people and food made up for the bad sleep, but I will never sleep in a place with lots of bugs again. As it is hard to go to sleep and on your mind.

Phetcheburi Djung Festival ”

I went to Phetcheburi because of the Festival. I have no transport to go to the town and the resort has a service to bring us to town and pick us up the time we asked for. =)

One night turned into two”

Good quiet location. Kind of a bit out of town, but owner is very very nice and willing to shuttle for a few baht. Definitely a good place to relax and plan the rest of your adventure.

Great staff, and super friendly. ”

I enjoyed my time there, the food was great, the staff went well above and beyond to help me find a Thai massage, even drove me the 5 ams there and back. And the location has superb views in the evening when the sun sets.

Cheap and Nice”

It is chill out for our family at here. we like here and want to again comeback in the future.

Reminded me of a short time hotel ”

This is one weird place no signs in english not even the name of the hotel so lucky we had some thais with us to reconize the name, the place is not really like a regular hotel its more like a short time hotel themed rooms and what really pissed me off I think I paid 1000 baht for the night those that did not book with agoda got a nicer room for just 700 baht so that is not good at all. I would not stay at this hotel again

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans 1 authentique hutte en bambou. Confort basique, propre sauf couette sans housse et avec tâches de sang! Heureusement que nous avions nos draps! Un peu trop éloigné de tout où personne sauf sœur du patron ne parle anglais Karaoké tous les soirs... Faut aimer

Excentre mais au calme”

J'ai séjourne une nuit dans cet guesthouse. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours prêt à rendre service. La patronne se servait de Google pour effectuer la traduction simultanée, amusant! La jeune serveuse, est sympathique et m'a donné une bonne adresse de resto thaï. De passage à Petchaburi sur la route de Bangkok, je retournerai volontier a cet emplacement.

un hotel très agréable en pleine verdure”

C'était innatendu de trouver un hotel en pleine nature et si près de la ville. La chambre était petite mais bien entretenue et c'était une bonne ambiance de Thaïlande traditionnelle. J'étais un peu inquiet le premier soir car le patron adore le chant et le Karaoke mais les chambres sont suffisament loin et le seul bruit que l'on entende vient de oiseaux et des autres animaux. De plus l'ambiance dans le restaurant avec des thaïlandais qui viennet pour chanter car c'est leur passion est vraiment très agréable. Ce sont plutôt des très bons chanteurs et pas des petits jeunes qui s'amusent. Une bonne adresse.

เนื่องจากเราจองช่วงวันคอนเสิร์ต ซึ่งได้จองไว้ก่อนล่วงหน้า และติดต่อที่พักไปแล้วว่าจะเข้าพัก และจ่ายเงินที่ที่พักเลย เนื่องจากจะตัดบัตรเครดิตผ่าน agoda แล้วไม่ผ่าน เลยติดต่อกับทางที่พักไป โอเคคุยกันรู้เรื่องทุกอย่าง แต่พอวันจะเข้าพัก พนักงานทางที่พัก กลับโทรมาบอกให้เรากดยกเลิกจอง เนื่องจากห้องพักเต็มแล้ว เราก็เจรจากับพนักงาน สรุป มีห้องว่าง แต่อีกราคานึง ซึ่งสูงกว่าราคาที่เราจองไว้มาก คือเรามีใบจองแท้ๆ ทางที่พักกลับปล่อยห้อง ทั้งๆ ที่เราโทรคอนเฟิร์มไปแล้วว่าจะเข้าพักในวันดังกล่าว ส่วนตัวไม่โอเคมากๆเลยค่ะ ทำให้เราต้องหาที่พักใหม่กระทันหัน แย่ค่ะ
