Spacious and convenient for shopping”
Booked this hotel last minute for a solo trip with preschooler and we had a blast! Basically the hotel is complete with facilities, with infinity pool, kids pool, kids clubhouse, a huge-sized gym full of equipments (first time seeing this size in a hotel!). Waiting for lifts are a breeze, cos there are 8! Room-wise is clean and spacious, and they provided 4drinking bottles (generous compared to the usual 2bottles, lol). We've got the room at level 33, highest floor for the guest room and it is really quiet. Probably the only thing to complain was the low water pressure, but hey, 33rd floor from ground, so its really the norm. Dinner time, we just walked over to 1Utama using the public walkway which connects with the bus station and MRT station. Its a 10mins walk and fully covered so no need to worry bout rain/sun. Though the public walkway always have people, I wished it is more brightly lit. As for the breakfast, it was a huge disappointment though. Even though the restaurant is spacious and spread the food across the area to prevent crowding, the choices were little as compared to smaller size restaurant. And food taste is not appealing as well. Fried meehoon taste weird, ayam goreng rempah was really hard, feels like re-heated multiple times. So breakfast, is a no. All in all, this is a preferred option if you wish to destress, enjoy the facilities and shopping.

Very comfortable hotel”
This is my second stay at Avante hotel. This time I add breakfast and I am very happy that I made the correct decision. The buffet breakfast have so many choice, that we all ate very full and happy with it.

Excellent facilities and very convenient to USC activities”
This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway with your family. The room was clean, very comfortable, the shower water pressure was to die for and the staff was amazing - helpful, and always available. I went to the gym for a morning run, been in the swimming pool and the kiddies club with my son and had the buffet breakfast. We put on our walking shoes and walked to the nearby 1Utama Shopping Mall for shopping and food. So many things to do! Will recommend to my families and friends.

Very Good Value for Money”
We requested, during booking, a room on a high floor and was assigned one on 30th floor which gave us an excellent view of the surrounding area. Although we only booked for one night and with not much time to explore the hotel, we liked it very much. We found that the hotel is linked with the One Utama Shopping Mall and therefore we did not have to depend on taxis to return to our hotel. Certainly, a nice hotel to stay and will definitely want to book it again should we visit Kuala Lumpur again.

Comfort, convenient & lavish”
Staffs were very helpful, cleanliness was good, housekeeping was prompt. Suite was relatively spacious and kids enjoyed the stay throughout. 1 Utama shopping mall only 5-10 mins walk via the connecting bridge so quite safe. Breakfast spread was great. Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Anyway we booked a studio suite, but decided to upgrade during check in to executive suite. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay”
MRT station/OU is walking distance Breakfast spread was superb! Amazing choices. The best part of the stay. Large swimming pool with little kids and bigger kids area + Kids playground. 24/7 gym Spacious parking. Really nice interior For muslims, If you don’t mind the bar/night life then this place is great. There’s also wine bottles displayed at the dining area. If you go out past midnight you can see drunk people outside the hotel —— I highlighted this because an elderly woman came up to me during breakfast and asked “halal ke?” 😅 I saw muslim chef/kitchen crew walking around so I just assume everything prepared is halal but that was an awkward moment. Night life - there’s this one time I can hear Poker Face by Lady Gaga playing loudly. It was around 11pm (??). But only that 1 song. Not sure where it came from but probably not from inside the hotel, might be from guest parked outside, because the rest of the night was quiet.

I stayed for a night at superior king . It’s was clean and the room were spacious. I decided to do direct booking w the hotel for another 3 night for their studio room. It’s much much bigger w extra living room. Travelling ard with grab app were easy.., There is a link bridge to 1U shopping centre. I think about 5-10min walk.,

Modern hotel in great locality!”
(This is our second stay!) My spouse and I have had a 4-night stay in Room 1930 from 25 to 29 July 2022. We were greeting by a new 20-metre high ceiling at the main lobby upon arrival. The hotel building is very new and well maintained. The location is extremely near to 1 Utama Mall and Bantar Utama MRT Station - just a mere 300-metre comfortable covered linkway walk The Superior Room is spacious with simple and modern decorations. It has a king bed with firm mattress, however, the pillows are too soft for our liking. The bathroom is clean and spacious too, without the unneeded long bath. As there are many eateries at the nearby mall, we did not try the F&B outlets here. We will likely to stay here again in our next visit.

Very good locations if you are travel with family or alone. Walking distance to LRT station and one Utama shopping centre. The rooms are very clean and all The facilities are new. Staff are very helpful and friendly. If you drive, they provide free parking.

All-rounder winner that I'd highly recommend anyone to stay at!”
Suitable for various types of travellers. Quite a new hotel and spacious room for 2 pax. Woody deco and flooring. Clever and space saving design in bathroom. Toiletries provided felt luxurious. Price is extremely value for money given the superb location next to 1Utama (7-min covered walkway). Sky deck is a nice place to chill both indoors and outdoors. Didn't get to try the pool. Would have liked to try the infinity pool though it's small. Can imagine bringing my family back. Service was good and we had early check-in although housekeeping didn't check the room chair which had bits of rice, sink had bits of shaved hair and towels smelt a little like they didn't dry properly. Housekeeping brought us extra towels and pillows even at midnight. Housekeeping extension didn't work but reception button did. Thank God for free WiFi in lobby and room as data roaming was horrid and intermittent for us on this trip. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Very reluctant to move hotel after 2 nights' stay; if not for the fact that we have events in Bangsar South and the commute would be crazy daily.

My spouse and I have had a 5-night stay in Room 2122 from 12 to 17 May 2022. The hotel building is quite new and well maintained. The location is near to 1 Utama Mall and Bandar Utama MRT Station. The Superior Room is spacious with simple and modern decorations. It has a king bed with firm mattress, however, the pillows are too soft for our liking. The bathroom is clean and spacious too, without the unneeded long bath. As there are many eateries at the nearby mall, we did not try the F&B outlets here. The only disappointment is that the hotel does not have a proper gym during our stay, so I have to jog along the corridor for 5 nights. We will likely to stay here again in our next visit.

everything is top notch and brand new. managed to secure a room during new year eve at RM305 (what a deal!) perhaps one thing to be improved is the lift programme. understood its during peak hours but to wait ard 20minutes for lift (esp to check out) is really tiring. definitely will come back. my daughter love the pool & the playroom ♥️

5 star hotel with affordable price”
I stayed here during the election day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to one utama by walking distance using the bypass. Hence, no need to move your car. I really enjoyed staying here with my family. The pool is kids friendly and plus got kiddies club where children can play there if raining outside. Plus, there are varieties of food during breakfast and the nasi lemak was nice. Will sure coming back again to this hotel for staycation ☺️

Pro: Nearby 1U shopping mall and mrt. Find parking easy and convenient. Love their shower which strong water pressure. Pool also big and changing room is clean. Con: only layback was you need to request from hotel reception to get QR access code when everytime you need to enter fitness center.

I love staying here. It has lavish stay vibes starting from the reception, lift, pathway to room and room. For a cheaper price you got all of this. Other reviews were true, this hotel is exceptionally clean. Room is spacious. Free parking lot (need to stamp parking ticket at reception). Facilities like pool and kids room are the best. If you wanna go shop or eat other than in the hotel, you can just walk. There is bridge link connected to One Utama new wing. 10/10 star for my stay!

It's clean and the facilities are good. Just need to pay more attention to the breakfast (wrongly label food-chicken and beef). Oriental food and western food are not arranged in order (a bit confusing for customers I feel). But definitely will come back again!
