Front Counter Really Need To Attend Customer Service Course (Old Baldy Guy)”

A friendly reminder to all other guests out there, please prepare your mind, especially after driving through traffic jam with the rudeness of front counter of this hotel. Furthermore, the front desk is also helpless. Imagine you need to deal with water disruption in the hotel and you ask for advice. The guy (at the counter) keep on bragged about how great their hotel is (they have so many branches), and they don't value you as a customer. My recommendation is this counter guy need to attend customer service training before the business got ruined.

Heavy Metal Weekend”

Got a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. Lucky was a solo traveller. The jamming studio next to the hotel gave me a headache, they play up to 4 am. Other than that, the room was okay. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was clean and water pressure okay. Location wise superb. Walking distance to Melawati mall. Banks and restaurants all around. Parking plenty.

Value for money. For those who commented bad about this hotel, I'd say please search for a more pricey hotel next time. Dont expect Bentley while you only pay for Kancil.

Wrong Hotel Name”

1. The hotel’s name is New Waves Hotel instead of ARK Melawati. 2. During my stay, they are renovating the hotel. Got an unwanted sound from the renovation work. 3. Got a loud jamming sound. Maybe there is jamming studio next to it. 4. Got 4 usable power plug near the bed and 2 near the table. This is GOOD.

Indian lady staff friendly but the man staff unfriendly Room spacious But so noisy at night. I guess there are people jamming at the other room. Will come back if i have bsiness around there

Everything was alright but there are two things were annoying,the first reason because of the work shop they are doing on third floor I think and the second reason is there are band at night were very annoying too however the hotel was nice.

Ark was very unfriendly to customers who booked online, so I was abandoned and moved to a hotel that was very unfit for occupancy because the room was very foul and stinging. Very poor Service..
