I was passing through the airport in Kuala Lumpur and had a layover of about ten hours. My plane arrived in the middle of the night. I had pre-booked a room online at the the Plaza Premium Lounge. After passing through immigration I caught the last tram back to KLIA2. The staff at the Plaza were there at the counter, wide awake and even cheerful! I was led to my room which was simple, but had everything that I needed. I was able to get a shower, recharge my phone and get some needed rest. In the morning, I had the included buffet breakfast and then was on my way. The Plaza is very centrally located, clean and comfortable. Glad I had a chance to experience this airport hotel. Sure happy that I didn't have to leave the airport for a room. It would be great if more airports had transit hotels. I would definitely come to the Plaza again.

The place where I stayed very modern-decorated, spacious, double-storey apartment (for family). It has a nice view of Sunway city. It is noise proof. Fully equipped with kitchen (inclusive kitchen utensils like plates, pots, fridges, knives, forks and spoons) and dining room. The location is good, driving distances (about 5-10 minutes) to popular spots like Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid. There is convenience store just below the apartment. No problem to cook instant noodles, burgers, etc. There is also bar and restaurants (quite pricey) in the other building... 10 minutes walk. However, slight improvement needed for the bathrooms. They were a bit smelly, due to the sink/drain was clogged. Roaches can be spotted in the bathrooms (probably due to the drain clogged).

Okay, admittedly, it took me 30 minutes to find the building, I guess it was partly my fault because I relied too much on Google Maps. I typed "Summer Suites Bernice" and it pointed to me a different direction. The trick apparently is from Agoda (or any other booking website), you click "directions" and it will provide you a more accurate picture of the area. Also, better if you look for MERCU SUMMER SUITES which is the name of the building. Anyway, while I was a little bit pissed, the moment I met JAHA and saw how friendly he is and apologetic, the anger started to subside. And it evaporated completely when I saw the room!!! Imagine staying at the 28th floor of a condominium which is strategically located in an area that is very close to the city center. The view of course is amazing, I remember taking a peek at my room window and saw the KL tower! While you cannot see the Petronas Tower from the room (it is being blocked by another tall structure), it will take you less than 10 minutes by foot to the towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Center. Aside from the glorious view, Summer Suites Bernice has all the amenities - drinking water (both cold and hot and room temp), plates and mugs and utensils, fridge, even iron and hair dryer! Definitely an upgrade from the usual hostel! They maintain it very well so five stars as well for cleanliness. The dorm type also gives you an opportunity to meet and interact with people, as a solo traveler that is one major perk! Others might find it annoying to share a room with strangers, but I absolutely loved it - I even ended up hanging out with one of my room mates! The building is located in a safe area so I didn't mind going home at 2 or 4 in the morning after partying at Bukit Bintang. Haha. If ever I go back to KL, for sure I will stay again at Summer Suites Bernice - the best hostel in KL!

Excellent location and great value of money; just opposite to Ritz Carlton KL, with walking distance around 5mins to Pavilion and those shopping malls; convenient store and street hawkers nearby. The apartment is clean overall except the sofa; we thought we booked 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 singles but indeed they gave us two king bedrooms only; will definitely stay again when visiting KL and will make sure the room category when make reservation next time.

I booked 2 units of 2 BR apartments on 11 Aug. I heeded the advise from the reviews and contact the property in advance, but yet still, waited 10 min for the agent to arrive. At 2.30pm, only 1 unit is available. The common toilet in one of the unit has clogging problem, and they did not give spare toilet roll. The other unit do not have any issues. Arranged to meet up 10am for check out and agent late again at 10.30am. Location and apartment renovation is great. TV channel is weak. Overall not bad stay if only they improved in checking in/out.

We decided to take a "local vacation" (we're from Petaling Jaya) since sis was partly studying for her finals. In the mornings and afternoons we enjoyed Kuala Lumpur, while at night we just relaxed in the hotel room. Sis was studying with a great KL view from her table, I was lounging in the sofa with a quiet book, bro was watching TV or busy on his S3, dad was doing some work at the dining table and mum was happily window-shopping downstairs in the Mall (she came back with alot of unnecessary purchases, including 3 watermelons!). Relaxing room, total 1 single sofa, 1 long sofa to lounge in, 2 chairs by the dining table, a comfy seater with study table by the window, 2 single bed, 1 king bed, and we called an extra bed we put in the hall. Location is very close to alot of Malls, bars, KLCC etc. Evenings I could go down to the gym and pool for a workout, at night I spent most of my time gazing out the large windows. Worth while getaway for those who don't have the time to drive far to Penang (street food in KL is 3rd best in Malaysia, 2nd is Melaka) or any distant Malaysian destinations, especially if ur a PJ family like us. Just a few peculiarities: the air-cond in the singles room keeps turning off automatically at night, so when morning comes we've already taken off our blankets. However, dad sleeping in the hall would be shivering from the air-cond. Also, the plates provided do not say if they are microwave-safe, so we had a microwave but didnt dare use the plates. Otherwise, mum and me are keen to come back on a regular basis, just to chill out in the room with the wonderful view. 4.5 stars! :)

We stayed 3 nights in the 2 bedroom appartment. It was perfect for my husband and my 2 kids, and my brother and his son. Big sitting room to live in. Internet was fast. The staff answered me very fast every time I asked something. We liked the place so much, that we reserved again when we came back to Kuala Lumpur after 10 days at the beach. Most taxis know about the place, so very easy to get there. The appartment was very clean, basic stuff to cook, but enough to do our breakfast and food. Next door to sunway Putra shopping mall... 5 minutes walk. I will definately come back to this place with my family.

I was travelling with my parents and younger brother. By staying at this serviced apartment, I believe I saved some money because if we were to stay at hotel, normally we have to book two rooms. Therefore, if you guys are to travel with friends or family members, just choose serviced apartment rather than normal hotels which will normally separate you all into different rooms or even different levels. The whole check-in and check-out process is smooth. There are security guards who are friendly and helpful. The unit is quite clean although there are some stains on the sofa. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay.

We stayed here in Mercu Summer Suites last Dec. 25 to 30, 2018. The location of the said place was very accessible to tourist spot destinations in Kuala Lumpur, particularly in KL Tower and Petronas Towers. We can see the KL Tower just outside our balcony and its changing lights are so beautiful especially at night. Mercu is also accessible to lrt and mrt since it is near the Bukit Nanas Monorail Train Station. The downside (but not really though) is that the television is not working sometimes and we have to reset the wifi at times too. But the staff of Mercu Summer Suites, particularly Lily and Ridwan, attended immediately to our needs. Overall, Mercu Summer Suites is a good place to stay and I am recommending this accommodation to those travelers who will be visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Our best HOME experience in Kuala Lumpur so far. We enjoyed the gym and restaurant in the building. The building is highly secured; keycard is required for access throughout the building. The staff, Aaila, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Do take note that the bed is not King as advertised. I am 166cm and my feet touch the far end of the bed. Anyone taller than that will also need to hunch to walk around the loft. The internet is unstable and disconnections happened several times throughout the day. Inspite of the negatives mentioned, we enjoyed our stay. In fact, we extended three more nights here.

Love the room. I booked the room to celebrate a birthday of my special friend and we end up having the best weekend ever. I know most of the reviews are commenting on the parking fees and yes, they're all true. Luckily I stayed here over the weekend, so the parking is per entry and I think it's around RM2 per entry. But during weekdays, it's RM1 per hour, so just imagine how much woud parking your car during weekdays will cost you. Other than the parking fees, the place is superb!

The property was clean, specious and good location ( walking distance to Night food market & shopping complex) + awesome view of Petronas tower and KL tower. Overall,I was very happy to stay there. However, the problem was that check in and check out system was unclear and confusing. The booking is not through The Robertson, you need to communicate with the property owner directly via email, sns or whatsApp. Which means, you need to get some local communication system such as get local mobile number or sim card to able to communicate with the owner. I only had a short stay in KL, so I didn't have the means to them. But in my case The Robertson's reception helped me a lot... The ways of check out that the owner asked me was also a bit confuse me too because I had to leave the property early morning and also, you will be asked MYR 200 for a deposit when you check in. If all these systems were clear at the time of booking, it would be a better stay.

The location of the apartment is great, the toilet is a joint toilet, we got a cleaning service 3 times during our stay of 11 days and got a good deal in late check out. Yes the sheets did not get changed unless requested, The place states a microwave and a dryer exist, not in the apartment we stayed in though. Will definitely use this apartment again. As a frequent traveller, I would just say this apartment is worse than a 3-star hotel stays in Malaysia. The toilet wall is mouldy, the bed sheet and pillowcases are dirty and it seems like the cleaner did not change it for new stayers and continue to recycle it. The rusty and dirty kitchenwares like cooking pot and pan make you don't feel like cooking! During my 5 days stay and despite my repeat message reminder to Mr Anan to top up the water canister and clean and change the bedsheet, they only come to clean my place on the 4th day that is one day before I check out and the small drinking water canister is empty since day 2!

Got a 2-bedroom apartment. Master bedroom had a king bed while the other twin bed. Only tv is placed at living room, with no cable. They got an android tv streaming instead. Unit is clean overall, except for a bad sink smell coming from the pantry area (solved with running hot water down the sink). Convenience store (24hrs) aplenty, one next to check-in counter, and a couple more right across the street. Within walking distance to berjaya times sq, though the traffic right in front of apartment is often quite heavy, those with children will have to be very careful. Would suggest erecting an overhead bridge to allow safer crossing of road. Though breakfast is not provided, it's easily available at nearby indian muslim restaurant or kopitiam serving local food. Overall has been a smooth and hassle-free stay. Will definitely come back, if intend to shop at Kenanga wholesale ctr or berjaya times square.

The self check-in instruction was very clear and easy. Was so impress with the apartment with the money we paid. The location was so strategy and easy to go everywhere. The best part about the about the apartment was they got the iptv with can access to most of the movie to entertain st night instead of going out to spent more on movie. Check out was easy too. Will definitely come back again for to this apartment if i go there again

We a group of about 30 pax have book a room at Berjaya Time Square at booking.com one month plus in advance. But just 6 days before the trip i got a call from the property management guy saying that they have screw up with the booking that they cannot accomodate to our stay. Being a regular of agoda user. I look for the same hotel and found rooms that accomodate to big group. Mr Sarjib the one who handle the enquiries and stay there. He was flexible and even went extra mile to help us keep the bags after we check out while waiting for bus departure. All my friends and families love the place and we will recommend Mr Sarjib to handle the check in and check out for you. 👍🏾

We took a taxi from there to the Condominium, making sure to arrive before 6pm to ensure a hassle-free check in (the reception is office hours only). It was convenient and the taxi driver knew where it was. My husband came later with our car so we didn't have to rely on public transport. We had a fast check-in and the Security/Maintenance Supervisor(?) helped us with our shopping bags which was very nice. Some of these types of apartment rentals don't have this service, so we are very appreciative of it. We were given keys, entry cards and wifi access to the apartment along with delivery service telephone numbers which was really a nice touch. The Supervisor showed us the apartment's intercom system to the reception and security which made staying there secure and worry-free. We found the apartment huge and nice, it was done in a simple way, nothing to fancy but quite comfortable with just the right amount of furniture. Ours was a 3-room apartment, each with its own bathroom, which was so convenient. The kitchen had a stove in the wet area and a microwave at the dry area so we had some simple breakfast there every morning before going out for Chinese New Year visiting. Our 3-day stay was really relaxing and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our our stay there.
