Hotel was great. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Pool a good size nice and cold also! Room was massive! Nice big bed super comfy. Bathroom was much bigger than anywhere else we’ve had in Thailand. Also a really big fridge rather than the tiny one you usually get in hotels. Kettle provided was more of water urn that kept the water hot all day rather than just one boil. Provide free bread for toast in the morning as well as free tea coffee and coco. Takes about 8 minutes to walk to the main area. Can get a tuk tuk for 50 baht each. The staff absolutely go above and beyond to make your stay great! We had a storm and the power went off briefly (common in Thailand) but the staff did everything they could to make sure we where okay and not panicked! I’d left something behind. With great sentimental value. A week later I contacted the hotel (we had stayed in 3 since) the member off staff dealing with me found it and forwarded it to my current hotel (in Thailand) for no charge. The hotel covered the entire cost. Brilliant what great customer service

I spend my honeymoon there and the staff FOC set up the decoration that make me feel unforgettable. What so nice about this hotel is : - -The location is in between family mart and 7 eleven (Convenience store) -Provide bike rental (partnership member) -Shuttle service (Airport transfer/tour/see sight ) -Staff kind and solve the problem in no time -Room are big and the facilities in room are in good condition -Housekeeping without any goods been stolen. Sure will recommend everyone to stay here if come to Krabi.

Amazing Stay!!!”
Staying at Ao Nang Miti Resort was the highlight of our 2000km trip around Thailand. We booked the pool view room which was very spacious & even had a day bed. The facilities within the room were great and in good condition. The views from the bedroom are breath taking. The facilities within the resort are great - We booked Phi Phi Island tours from the resort, hired a scooter, lovely swimming pool & the services we received from the front desk ladies were astounding. Halwa (Spelling) assisted us alot as well as Maprang who even assisted in decorating our room with rose petals since it was my girlfriend's birthday. Absolutely love this place & will definitely return one day!!!

Value for Money, Clean, Comfortable & Easy to Access to Main Road”
Good Point ( Room / Bathroom ) - Room size very huge - with standing fridge - Very clean & neat, daily room cleaning - with balcony to dry wet clothes - a lot of plug points To Improve ( Room / Bathroom ) - Aircond in our room ( 305 & 307 ) are facing the entrance door. We felt the room a bit warm. Need to re-allocate the aircond facing the bed ( I saw some other rooms aircond facing the bed ) - Floor tiles in shower area slippery. I suggest replace to other type OR put anti slippery mat on the top of floor tiles - Pillows only 2 pcs per room ( Add pillow only allow 1 pc per room ). Should allow extra pillow to 2 pcs per room to give more comfortability to the guest - Wifi once a while not stable Others - Easy access from main road ( 1 min walk ) - Surround by Halal restaurant - Great & friendly staff ( able to speak in English / Malay ) - provide pool, laundry & massage - Reasonable airport transfer THB 600 / 1 way - At the main road, Family Mart on the right & 7-eleven on the lef

Great stay”
We loved our stay at Miti! The bed was really comfy along with a duvet. There was a big fridge and a small freezer part which was handy. The location is decent and near everything. You got bottled water everyday which is good and the swimming pool is really nice. The only thing was we wasn’t in the room we booked the first night as the air con was broken in there so we moved the second day it was kinda annoying as we couldn’t unpack and we just got woken up saying we needed to move...other than that an amazing stay and we would 100000% go back.

Exceptional”
We stayed 4 days 3 nights. Big and clean room for two young kids. The staff can be seen do the cleaning all the time, which is impressive. The location is near to Muslim food and Mosque. We enjoyed the scenery from our balcony with the nature . The staff can speak english well, so it's easy to have Q&A sessions ngeee. The best part (for us), they have two chubby cats as the managers! Haha. Our kids love it here, definitely will recommend to others.

Family mart and 7-11 is near by, just away about 150m. Spacious room and environment is good. There is big parking space for those who drive car and is very convenient. At night is quite and no noisy. the staff is very friendly.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!”
My family and I just came back from Ao Nang 2 days ago. The location of the hotel is good near to the family mart and 7e. You can walk for 15 minutes along the Ao nang street to the beach. Easy to get Halal food bcs near the hotel too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They refill mineral water in the refrigerator every day. They also provided their umbrella when it was raining (we're a group of 8 persons and each of us get one umbrella!!!). When we wanna go to the Emerald pool and hot spring, the tour guide asked us to bring towel. The receptionist heard about that and gave us all towel so that we can bring them to the emerald pool and hot spring :') Many Malaysians stay here too. VERY RECOMMENDED!

The property is perfect, nice and friendly staff, good service and very nice clean pool. We have a room 102 near pool and is was great to make some swim early morninng. Coffe and tea allays at front desk, for breakfast is some toast and jam for free, instant noodle soup allways available at reception, good service with motorbikes, very clean, every day new water in refrigirator and fresh towels

Better than our expectation!”
We booked 2 rooms, and we got 2 spacey rooms with 2 beds. In one of the room the AC is directly above one of the beds, so the air blew directly to the person sleeping in that bed which make it a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean, but shower gel will be nice instead of a soap bar. I love how the pool and beach towel is provided at the lobby so we can take it with us when we go to the beach or just chilling at the pool. The location was good, a little bit of walk needed to the beach, but a lot of restaurants in the area. And a walking distance to the convenience stores. OH! and we are happy with free breakfast that was provided, a basic toast with jam, coffee and tea, and if you want you can purchase cup noodle (instant) at a very reasonable price. We didn't expect the free breakfast but it was a nice gesture from the hotel. The transportation offered by the hotel to the airport is at a very reasonable price and very convenient for us.

GREAT ROOMS WITH GOOD FACILITIES”
We had booked a triple room here and were pretty impressed by the size and facilities of the room. Staff helps to book tours and transfers at good rate. Breakfast is not available but there is 7/11 and other shops around to buy some. Location is a bit far from Ao Nang beach ( 15-20 mins walk) but still a very good hotel.
