Find hotels near Ao Kiew in Ko Samet, Thailand

We stayed at Paradee in June, initially I booked a pool villa for 2 nights on the internet but we like it so much we extended our stay for another night. We were greeted at Bang Pi and taken to the hotel by private speed boat which took about 30 minutes. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff on the beach and given cold towels and taken to our room which was 212. What awaited us was unbeleivable, there was even music playing on the stereo in our room! The room was very large with a sitting area, dressing/bathroom with outdoor shower and bath. The best part of the bungalow was undoubtedly the outside area; we had our own pool, sheltered dining area, sunbeds etc etc. The staff at the hotel could not be more helpful in all areas; the beach was immaculately clean, although the pool, whilst nice looks like it could do with some updating and sometimes did not look too clean. We ate at the hotel each night as there is little else nearby, a taxi to the nearest restaurents is about 20 minutes and costs £10 but be warned it is not for the faint hearted as it is a dirt track with 50% grades!! The only other thing to be wary of are the mosquitoes take plenty of repelant
