The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well, which was a relief in Miri’s heat. The Wi-Fi connection was stable too, which is a big plus. “Deluxe room, family of 4”
This is our first time staying at ANO hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Our room, deluxe type was quite spacious and clean. Basic necessities (toiletries , iron + iron board, hairdryer) were provided, but there was no fridge in our room (but its ok for us though 😊). Toilet & shower were clean & water pressure very good. Parking spaces within the compound was ok (free between after 5pm to before 8am) & need to buy parking coupons from the nearby convenience store. Walking distance to Permaisuri shopping mall, and very easy to find food (there’s a 24 hrs restaurant just in front of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
