“Good location”
I've stayed in the female dormitory for 5 nights (1/7-6/7 2025). The location is good, just opposite the Luo Dong train station. The room is clean and comfortable; staff are friendly. For guests who stayed in dorm, there was no common area, eg. for dining or working with laptop. We can only use the small table in lobby, which only accommodate 1 guest with laptop at one point. Also, there was no other facilities eg water dispenser (the hotel provide mineral water during check in only), microwave etc. But no worries, the hotel is within walking distance to eateries and convenient shops. Please note that the info published in Agoda page which says laundry service is available, isn't true, there was actually none. And I wasn't happy about how the staff replied to my email inquiries, hope this can be improved. After seeing this info, before depart to Taiwan, I've emailed (through Agoda), asking whether the laundry was a coin laundry or the guest hand over cloths to hotel & get it back later. The staff replied as such: "There is no washing machine in our hotel. If necessary, I may need you to help me find a nearby laundry.(☍﹏⁰。)". To me, the 2nd sentence sound weird and rude. Maybe this is a google translate with grammar error, but, the truth is, there is actually a coin laundry (another shop) just next to the hotel. The staff should have just tell me this info, which could be important to me, it help to decide how much cloths to bring for my trip, hence the weight of my luggage/ hand carry. Moreover, why you, as a local people, want a foreign traveler to find out for you the facilities nearby your place?
