Good location and a range of breakfast food”
Stayed here for my honeymoon for 2 nights and the location was great as it was close to Cenang Beach and had a nearby Dobby (laundromat). The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety. I got the roti canai with dhal and fish curry (the fish curry had no kick to it and was very bland in my opinion). The staff at breakfast, reception and security guards were all friendly. As my husband and I were checking out the security guard helped carry our heavy luggage and had a very friendly smile. The hotel had pool and fuseball near the reception which was cool. We got room service done, however we didn’t get new towels, so we used our old ones. The bedsheets weren’t changed as there was sand on them previously. However, the bed was made. I got the room with the balcony view, though the view was not what we were expecting as it overlooked the city area, and I thought it would be of the jungle/forest. Overall, it was a good and very comfortable stay and would come again for the friendly service and good location.

The children friendly hotel ”
We stayed at suite room which is very limited units. The room is spacious with bathtub and living room. The bed is comfortable and all snacks and beverages are complimentary,thumbs-up! The hotel itself provided board games and activities, our kids spend few hours in the kids club with lots of toys. The swimming pool was great , staffs are friendly, buggy service provided to pantai and tengah which also a few minutes walk. Last but not least restaurant next to hotel was great with foods, overall we have so much fun and enjoyable in this hotel, highly recommended!

Totally perfect. Good location, near to pantai chenang and situated in pantai tengah. Room is very clean and spacious, sea view was fantastic and amazing. bathroom spacious and clean. Facilities tip top. Breakfast is the best, you can simply have varieties of food here. Check in and check out with ease, hassle-free. Dont worry buggy is available from 9am-6pm to send you to the nearest beach (right in front of Dash Resort). Parking spaces are plenty and easy to access. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We had our anniversary dinner at our room's balcony (suggested by Mr Fuad, arranged by Mr Lutfi), it was fantastic. Overall i'd be happy to visit Aloft again. One of the best stays i ever had.

Its the whole package, welcoming staff, beautiful property, comfortable room, c 5 minutes walk or take the hotel buggy to the beach. View and everything Amazing”
Wonderful staff, free parking, you can request for extra mattress for kid which is very comfortable. Spacious bathroom make it easy when you have small kid. 2 adult with 3 kids (age from 2 - 8) still very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, got cheese platter for cheese lover. You can go to Pantai Tengah beach (at the Dash Hotel) using free shuttle from hotel and just call the reception when you want to return back. The beach is better as very less crowded compared to Cenang especially when you have small kids and they just want to play the sand. Swimming pool is great! Worth staying and definitely recommended

A 4 star hotel, but deliver a 5 star service standards! From the check-in staffs at the reception, to breakfast staffs at the restaurant, to housekeeping staffs. Everyone smile, everyone answer your question/issue with enthusiasm! Even during the phone convo when ordering the in-room dining, you can hear the happiness, ready to help you and answer to your every needs and wants. Food in the hotel was delicious! Breakfast was tasty with huge variety! Same goes to in-room dining. Cleanliness in room is 10/10, even better than some actual 5 star hotels that i stayed at before. Location wise, 5mins drive to nearby food and convenience. Definitely this hotel will be my go to hotel in langkawi! Zero regrets!

Great location and friendly staffs”
The hotel is located about 15-20mins drive away from the airport, 5mins away from the starting point for island hopping and sunset cruise. Hotel food’s good too. Pantai cenang is 10mins drive and you can find all sorts of food and beach activites there. Staffs were very friendly. The room was clean except for the shower drainage that tend to clog. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel in about a mile away from Cenang”
Situated at the end of Pantai Tengah. It’s not beach front but only a mere 100-200 meters walked to the beach (ask the front desk for a buggy service if you want). Ask for rooms on the higher floor and you’ll get a nice sea view. We stayed in the room 835 which is the top floor and have a super huge balcony. The breakfast buffet spread have plenty of choices and it is delicious. One night we even had dinner at Nook and some menu can be pricey but it’s worth the money. The gym, pool and even the kids club are great. About 30-40minutes walking distance to Cenang beach but Grabcar are plenty and convenient to book. Overall we had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely return back.

AFTER 2 YEARS!”
Much needed vacation for us. we stayed for 2 night and our room is spacious and very comfortable. we loved the breakfast so much and the view fro our room are exceptional. My son enjoyed his swimming pool activities, but there is one accident that happened to my husband while we go to swim on our 2nd day stays. He hit the wall at the pool area and his head and hand are injured quite bad. Until today he still in pain and he will have permanent scar at his head (quite big). But kudos to staff at Nook and pool area that try to help my husband during the incident, but they're not much for them to do either as the first aid kit not so complete. The Wall was not very safe to be at pool area, because of the material that they use (small texture stone) that give the texture of the wall very sharp. So Please be extra careful when you go to swim ya.

My go to place everytime im in langkawi. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Strategically placed, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Everything you need. Could add bottle openers in room so we do not need to constantly call room service when we need it. Thank you Aloft for always making my stay a comfortable one.

Great stay in a lovely modern room”
Was pleasantly surprised with our stay here. ROOM - We got the seaview king and twin. Even though hotel was full, staff made the effort to ensure my room was near to my kids (no connecting rooms available at that point). Just need to be careful, don't leave the door or sliding doors open too long as there are many bugs. At one point, a bee entered my kids' room, but the staff came to remove it. BREAKFAST - Good spread, decent taste. Unlike other hotels like Pelangi, they allow guests to take their own food (instead of the staff scooping) - guests just need to make sure they wear disposable gloves and keep distance. POOL - Really nice view, decent size. Not sure how it would take a big crowd though. BEACH - Within walking distance. They also provide a buggy service to the beach area near Dash hotel. SERVICE - Really good. They allowed us to send in our dirty laundry even though we were checking out that day. Just needed to pick up on our own from reception at 9am the next day. All in all, a really good stay. Would definitely come back.

Amazing hotel, very comfortable and the staff is incredibly amazing at all level. The only constructive comments I can give is for the Bonvoy members. If you book through a 3rd party like agoda, your nights are not credited neither your points. So if you book for that, I would recommend to book somewhere else. Other that that, great experience at all level!

Beautiful, modern hotel and infinity pool. Stayed in a gorgeous seaview room that was spacious and the bathroom was modern and stunning. Linen was superb. Had a most enjoyable stay here. A free buggy was provided to nearby locations. Beach was only a 5 minute walk. However, there was a bit of mould in the grout in the shower like many other hotels I've stayed in. The toilets on the ground level smelled a bit from the drainage pipes which was common in the country. The restaurant was nice but the food was average. Overall, I would definitely come again.

Excellent hotel and a very enjyable stae. Nice room, view of the beach from balcony, varied breakfast buffet, although very busy the food remained replenished and good quality, nice pool & gym, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and mini mart nearby. Cant fault anything with the Aloft hotel. Highly recommended.
