“Definitely Overpriced Stay worth less than a Star ”
1. Water Heater Issues Despite following the property owner's instructions precisely, the water heater failed to function properly, making showers uncomfortable. The hair dryers seemed like a courtesy to the guests which is not only old but has stains with low heating temperature. Not to mention, the toilet rolls only comes with less than 50% as not refilled as part of SOP with such highly chargeable room rate. 2. Unreliable WiFi The WiFi was completely non-functional throughout our stay, forcing us to rely on personal mobile hotspots. 3. Unsuitable Sleeping Arrangements The accommodation is not ideal for three guests. Instead of a proper mattress or at least a futon, only a thin 3-inch foldable foam was provided, which was inadequate for a comfortable night's sleep. 4. Noise Disturbance The constant traffic noise from vehicles heading to Genting severely disrupted our sleep, making it difficult to rest. 5. Ultra High Parking Costs Be aware of the parking fees. Despite the high room rate, parking is not included. Staying over 24 hours can cost upwards of RM35, which was an unpleasant surprise. Conclusion With over 20 years of travel experience and stays in more than 70 hotels worldwide, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. I would not recommend this property for future stays.
Hi so sorry about the wifi slow, I have fixed today, the hot water system I have wrote in note and in Agoda apps it need to take at least 15 minutes water will get hot, all the unit is same, you have to close the window so it will reduce noisy, the carpark is charges by the management not by me, I have mentioned the carpark rate in the listing
