Basically renting upper floor room from family house. ”
1st, owner seems like didn't notice my reservations. I made a booking 2day before my stay. I sent msg via agoga app, no reply. I WhatsApp him, gave my booking ID only he look into my booking. Since I had transport problem, I was keep updating my situation. But he fall a sleep and I couldn't check-in on the first night.(But I saw him "online" time to time on WhatsApp status.) After 20min struggle, I had to find a place to stay at 1am, which is quite pricy but I got no choice at that time. I booked 2 night so I check-in for 2nd day. Toilet paper is not there till I request. Someone's hair entangled with blanket. Bed sheet looks brawny (sweat stain). Kitchen need to share with owner family so should avoid when they are cooking.

Easily Transfer to Small Room”
We booked Double Room - attached Bathroom with room size 60 m2 but transfer smaller Single Room - Shared Bathroom with room size 45 m2. My wife really not like it & not suitable for family with young children. We booked it because Double Room look spacious but get small room.

I planned a 2d&1n trip to Petalling Jaya for attending National Achiever Congress. While the owner is responsive, I was so busy attending the event until the moment I wanted to check in. The price is budget & affordable so I expect just a decent place to sleep a night. I get the good value over the price.

Introduction was so-so, but when entered, it was like heaven on earth”
The owner is very proactive in calling me earlier before we enter the condo. It really helped us a lot. The deposit was RM100. Staying on a shopping mall made the trip amazingly done. Can cook inside, all the equipment for cooking is complete. Only, i was the first timer. So to come up to the room was very complicated when you need to wait for the room card. But once done, next time it will be easier.

we, a group of student, stay here got 3 days 2 nights . the owner relocated us to another properties of his- a service apartment in tropicana city mall. He is such a friendly person who will bring you for a tour surround the property and give proper orientation before pass the house key for us. The house provide me the sense of being at home as we can cook simple meal in the kitchen. all cooking utensil provided, fridge, electrical stove, kettle, microwave, washing machine, water shower heater , iron and hair dryer. This is such a decent stay that my friend and I will definately will choose if we need to stay overnight in this area again
