Room is clean. Bed is comfy. Staff are nice. A nice place to stay over night before a long road trip. A fine budget hotel with nice view of Kwan Phayao. Unfortunately, breakfast was not available at the time.

Cute hotel with a lovely lake view”
Room was nice and clean, nice to have a smart TV with Netflix for this price. They offer you complimentary yummy biscuits and juice as well which was a nice surprise. There is a kettle in the room so you have ur complimentary coffee by yourself as well. All and all very nice stay even a bit off from the city center.

If traveling on budget, this is alright as they provide the bare minimum and is relatively new as compared to others in the vicinity. Cleanliness can be improved. Asked for extra pillows and was told no stock. If budget allows, go for other options

Located near the lake however, it's about 2km from towncenter. Not much for restaurants near by. Nearest 7-11 is a 10 min walk. The bed in the room given to me was crawling with ants. When I notified the staff, they responded to correct the issue

New hotel and very good value at about $14 on Agoda. Walk in was 790 baht so best book with Agoda. New hotel on lake shore. Some rooms with lake view, some not. But great sunsets if you walk downstairs and out door to the lake even if you don't have lake view rooms. Breakfast at 80 baht if you want, but only Thai stuff no bacon and cheese omlettes here. Overall great place to stay. New so very clean and tidy.

Good views but low quality build and bed uncomfortable ”
Great view of the lake, and may well be one of the better hotels is Phayao. However, not the best built facility. Toilet door already falling apart, charger plugs only on one side of the bed, huge Aircon unit filling balcony. Staff were friendly but a bit clueless when asked about tourist stuff in the town and area.
